From the staff at the front desk (shoutout to Sydney and Kim), to my absolute favorite warmup/rehab exercise dude (JOSH!!!), Atlanta Spine and Wellness is like the Cheers of chiropractic. Not only are they friendly, but they address all of my concerns with a clinical (and somehow personal) approach. Dr. Chris has helped my spine SO much. When I have questions, he breaks it down to explain as detailed or high level as I want. He has given me exercises to improve my posture, and countless product recommendations to improve my quality of life outside the office. This was steep but we decided to go ahead. She was then billed $482 PER visit for four visits for a total of $2000. These were 15 minute visits, one of which they tried to pawn her off to a student. When we called the front desk, we were told "oh yes, that can be confusing but we are told to explain it that way." Now staff and manager say there's nothing they can do, and hospital billing department (Wellstar Windy Hill) says the same. Be very aware of how you will be treated here and realize this is considered a hospital facility which means they can charge almost $500 for a 15 minute visit.
