I feel like I get the celebrity treatment every time I come shop here. I have to give her all the thanks for guidance the last few months finding the best bra for a wedding that I attended. In addition, she was able to help me with some shape wear too. The experience is like nothing I've experienced. I love how the boutique carries a wide variety of sizes and styles that fit curvy girls like me. Today's Grand Opening at the boutique was so much fun. I came by after work and Nicole had all my size information and styles I had tried on in past visits on file at the boutique. Nicole went all out to make her opening so special for all her customers. She provided food tickets for her customers to enjoy and refreshments too. Also, Nicole even had a wheel to spin for instant prizes. The prizes ranged from gift cards to local businesses, percent off for today's purchase, a free workshop, a free bra, and more. The lingerie is very selective because Nicole hand picks all the styles and brands. I love how sophisticated and classy the lingerie look and feel. The prices are very reasonable for the luxury products you will find here. As well as, the value you get from not only the quality of lingerie, but the customer service being top notch. The personal picks Nicole suggests for me as the customer have been without fault the best for me. What takes the cake is that Nicole will go above and beyond to help her customers. For instance, if your size isn't available to purchase that day, she will try to order the size for you to pick up at a future date. When I say you will feel like you have a personal expert shopper it is because the owner knows her inventory so we'll that she'll will pick all the styles you request or that suits you. The boutique has a client system where past purchases and style information are stored. A customer can always call or message the boutique ahead and they will pull some inventory for you. This boutique also carries men briefs. This boutique is located inside Selden Market in Norfolk. It is surrounded by many other great small businesses. Parking is conveniently in a parking garage. I've purchased the most comfortable and well made lingerie here. Even my everyday bra T-shirt was purchased here! All lingerie are reasonably priced for the quality you get. Look online for coupons before you order or go shopping in the Store. They wore masks and the floor was taped for social distancing. The customers didn't pay attention to that though. I was assisted by Lindsey. She not only was very friendly but super helpful. After getting my measurements, she pulled a few bras for me to try. It turned out that I was between sizes and she kept having to find others for me to try but did so cheerfully even though she kept having to run back and forth. She was more than happy to see the fit of each one after I tried them on and offer her advice/opinions. It was a successful trip and I found 2 bras that worked for me. I typically don't shop for clothes here (I find them to be a little on the expensive side) but definitely the place to come for undergarment needs.

Each of us enjoys dressing stylishly in clothing that is nicely made and still affordable. There is seldom a visit where we have each taken at least 10 items back to the dressing room. It is easy to find sizes, colors, and the ability to find pieces that go together nicely. The staff is always very helpful. You are greeted upon entering the store, staff will take clothing and put it in a dressing room for you so you don't have to carry it around. They also have the work ethic of those that used to work in dress shops. They will hunt down a size or perhaps an item that would go nicely with an item you have in the dressing room. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers.
