I pulled into the parking lot of the Golden Hour Boutique. As I was sitting in the parking lot. I saw the girls working rolling out some clothes on a rack. It looked like the clothes were cute, and was like "eh, I guess I can take a look" I walked up to the rack, and quickly loved what I was seeing. After getting a few looks of their clothes..I decided to see what else they had. When I walked in the smell of their store is AMAZING! I thought it was a perfume...but its not! They use some kind of filter to make their store smell the way it does! They had some cute dresses, outfits, accessories...Decent quality. They are kinda pricey though...for example...a dress was around $86...I had asked the girl if they were gonna have any upcoming sales, because by that time I had to leave for the spa...and didn't have any additional time to look any longer. She had told me that the next weekend they were having a pretty decent sale. So I had made not of that! The following weekend...I made it a point to roll through and try to get some dresses for my vacay. I had to bring my one year old...who unfortunately HATES sitting in a stroller. So I knew once I walked in there I had to be fast. When I showed up...I wasn't wrong...my son was throwing a fit...I had just drove an hour to this store...and had no time to really check it out...but saw the dresses that I wanted from the previous week! The associates kindly took my clothes and hung them up in a fitting room and gave me the chance to try them on. I picked out the ones I loved and purchased my items. I saved $300 bucks in sales and spent $300....I can say I will definitely be looking cute on my vacation with the cute dresses I got. They also threw in a free shirt, because I spent over $200. I will definitely be coming back.

Also, I brought a return with me from the website so I wanted to see if I could exchange for something else. I went on a Sunday but I'll get to that in a moment. First of all, when I walked in, I was not greeted and no one asked if I needed assistance. I've been a loyal Lilly fan for a long time and really was hoping for a better experience. For my return, I was told that since Lilly is closed on Sunday, they couldn't do anything about the return but would call me first thing in the morning when the return had been processed. Huh? I had to call them the next day to ask if my return had been processed but the lady I spoke with was very nice so that is the only reason I gave the store two stars instead if one. Management, please train the store associates to acknowledge customers and provide better customer service.

I love coming here in the winter and escaping the cold weather!! The sales staff is extremely helpful! They even have another store in Williamsburg and if the Virginia Beach store is missing or sold out of any items that you're interested in the owner will literally drive to and from both stores and bring it to which ever store is easier for you to get to which I think is simply amazing!

Customers will find plenty of nearby parking and the lot was clean. Signage fort the store is good. Upon entering immediately greeted by staff and offered assistance. The floor space is smaller by design, it's a boutique not a warehouse. They focus on a particular fashion and sizes and it works for their younger demographic. My daughter was specifically shopping for a top to wear at a concert. She quickly found what she liked. Dressing rooms are in the rear. Considering she had been looking at the mall for over an hour and found nothing makes me think this store absolutely has something an average chain does not. Checkout was friendly and items placed in a nice bag with tissue. The pricing is higher than other stores. The return policy was explained. It's 7 days for a full refund credit back credit or cash. I'm so glad I did. I had a blast. The day I came for the event, I met one of the sweetest staff members who made me feel so welcome, her name was Kelsey. Today, I met another of the employees and the owner, Maddie, both of whom could not have been more sweet. This is a welcome addition to the hilltop shopping area and is located near Taste. I was told it's been here for around a year or so. They have a lively Instagram where they update new additions to the shop often so you can see what's recently arrived. It's beautifully decorated inside with a range of unique and well priced ladies clothing and accessories like sunglasses and jewelry. There was a nice-sized sale section with items where there was only one left marked down. I highly recommend you support this shop. I've now met three of the employees and each one is such a sweetheart, and the dresses and clothing inside are high-quality and on trend.
