I feel like I get the celebrity treatment every time I come shop here. I have to give her all the thanks for guidance the last few months finding the best bra for a wedding that I attended. In addition, she was able to help me with some shape wear too. The experience is like nothing I've experienced. I love how the boutique carries a wide variety of sizes and styles that fit curvy girls like me. Today's Grand Opening at the boutique was so much fun. I came by after work and Nicole had all my size information and styles I had tried on in past visits on file at the boutique. Nicole went all out to make her opening so special for all her customers. She provided food tickets for her customers to enjoy and refreshments too. Also, Nicole even had a wheel to spin for instant prizes. The prizes ranged from gift cards to local businesses, percent off for today's purchase, a free workshop, a free bra, and more. The lingerie is very selective because Nicole hand picks all the styles and brands. I love how sophisticated and classy the lingerie look and feel. The prices are very reasonable for the luxury products you will find here. As well as, the value you get from not only the quality of lingerie, but the customer service being top notch. The personal picks Nicole suggests for me as the customer have been without fault the best for me. What takes the cake is that Nicole will go above and beyond to help her customers. For instance, if your size isn't available to purchase that day, she will try to order the size for you to pick up at a future date. She is also very big on nude being of all/most skin tones not just one shade. On one of my visits here I had a personal fitting and learned so much about my bra size and style. There really is a lot a woman may not know when bra shopping. You can always schedule a fitting online. When I say you will feel like you have a personal expert shopper it is because the owner knows her inventory so we'll that she'll will pick all the styles you request or that suits you. The boutique has a client system where past purchases and style information are stored. A customer can always call or message the boutique ahead and they will pull some inventory for you. This boutique also carries men briefs. This boutique is located inside Selden Market in Norfolk. It is surrounded by many other great small businesses. Parking is conveniently in a parking garage. A friend recommended her to me for boudoir photos and I contacted her and was able to book within a few weeks (though I believe she typically books further out). She answered all of my questions beforehand, gave me her cell phone number, reassured me, and gave me tips for the day of. Her studio is absolutely beautiful and very private. She and her makeup artist Destiny were there to greet me and they immediately made me feel extremely comfortable. Destiny did my makeup while LeZandra and I chatted about what types of images I liked and what I wanted out of my photo shoot. I brought some of my own outfits but she has a whole closet of beautiful lingerie and shoes to choose from as well. LeZandra guided me through poses and made me feel super comfortable but like an absolute supermodel at the same time. She was very encouraging and showed me images along the way to make sure I liked the direction she was going in. We ended up taking a little longer than her usual sessions because she was so easy to talk to and felt like an old friend by the end of our session. The whole experience was a blast and I can't wait to see the images. If you are interested in boudoir photography I can not recommend her enough!

She was incredibly versed with all the products it seemed, and listened to what I was looking for exactly. She also recommended other items that we were intrigued with, but not interested in trying at that time, which also was cool- she wasn't pushy at all, but just full of recommendations. I ordered some 5x7 and 8x10 prints as well and they were also delivered with the photo book. My photobook is absolutely beautiful. The pearlized finish on the photographs is to die for and the leather cover of my book is fantastic - I even like the smell. I got a brown antique leather cover on the book (after much agonizing over which cover to get) and Leila was great - she sent me electronic images of what my covers would look like and answered the 300 million questions I bombarded her with regarding the shape of the edges of the pages, the background of the pages, etc. etc. (I am a stickler for the details). Though I have spent LOADS of money on this entire experience I feel that sometimes a gal has to do something that is only for herself (I did NOT do this for my husband or anyone but myself nothing wrong with those of you who do) and I am pleased with it. Every now and then when I'm having a bad day I go look at those photos and I feel like a million bucks and it makes my day a little better. Totally worth every penny!
