There were used panty liners on the mirror and bench and what topped it off was the period blood in one of the suits SHE put in there for me. When I asked to use the restroom to wash the blood off me, she told me I was going to have to use the food court restroom. Not to mention the quality of the swimsuits is subpar for the high prices they are charging. this whole store is just very off-putting and different from what it used to be. Tip for all of my girlies who shop here: before buying a suit from them buy it from the actual brand that sells it, it's usually much cheaper because they don't price match!

I went in on an early Wednesday thinking that they would be empty, but to my surprise they ended up being super busy. Regardless of this, Christine and Madison took their time to pull multiple swimsuits for me and give me their opinion on each. As a customer who is almost 6 months pregnant, I was super nervous to go try on bathing suits, which is a feat to do even when you are not pregnant. While I was well aware that the quality of merchandise that the store offers far surpass any other stores, I was blown away by the customer focused experience. It has been a long time since I have had some great experience at a store, and I am especially picky since I worked in retail for over 6 years. Bravo to Christine and Madeline for their hard work, kindness, and all-around good attitudes. Because of the two of you, you have a customer for life!

I'd kill for a few of those shots in my house, but they are hard to come by. Anyhow, back to the goods. Yes, the pantyhose are $50.00 to start, but they are ironclad and so soft, worth every last cent. Wolford carries a ready-to-wear line that is insanely sexy. The Fatal dress is my favorite thing right now, it can be folded to different lengths and such, making it an invaluable piece to have. The leggings are stellar, but be prepared to pay up to $700.00 for the extra fancy ones, like the studded beauties they had this season. All in all, Wolford is my go-to for lingerie, pantyhose and layering pieces. I think every woman should own at least one pair of Wolford tights, it's worth the splurge!

One of females woking there (if call that work) did not say a thing when I walked into the store. I informed her, that my sweater was coming about. She said "no the company could not do anything about." So, if you want to waste your time, money, and treated rudely please go into this store. And see the female from the Middle East. I will not go there again.

Of course I NEEDED to get a bra to go with them (Great marketing strategy VS!). I did purchase their new Angels Lined Demi Cup bra that I saw advertised on TV (I should go into marketing...). It has memory foam! As if my boobs are going to change anytime soon... As I was entering the changing room I handed the attendant my bra and she actually looked at my chest and said, "Are you sure you got the right size?" I assured her that even though I was only wearing a tank top under my shirt (my bras were being laundered after a hot Mexican vacation) I was bigger than I looked. Anyways, the bra is sexy and fits really well (ha, Lady!). Plus, I got ten bucks off using the free panties coupon from the mail. If you like to be glam then stop on by and let the salespeople check out your boobs too. There is a Pink store next door and a section with all their fragrances and body lotions. If you are a bit more reserved, then there's a Kohl's down the road. They have cheaper bras that do the job just as well.

Anyhow the store was neatly organized and I had three sales people come to me to see if they can help me find something which was very nice of them to do that. The store was huge and we didn't have to wait long to get in to shop nor was there any waiting to check out. I will definitely be back the next time I come shopping here. It was kind of hard trying to find my size in pajamas but that's okay at least I got to feel them. Going to order them online if they have my size. The bathing suits for this year are so nice and colorful. They didn't have many in my size but that's okay I will just order it online. It definitely was a pleasant experience.

This experience was so much nicer than I even anticipated. Susan and her staff are warm, friendly, and Susan knows from experience how much BC sucks. If you'd like to get a wig, call Susan first. She recommends that clients schedule an appointment; this is definitely necessary! My mom received top notch, one-on-one service from Susan and her wig consultant, Shannon, and the consult and wig selection took us about two hours (not sure if that's average, but if you or your mom is picky, leave some time). They offer high quality synthetic wigs and human hair wigs, all of which are customized to each woman's tastes (and head size). We ended up selecting a human hair wig, which is pricey, but definitely worth the expenditure. We'll head back in two weeks when my mom's hair begins to fall out to have my mom's hair shaved off and the wig styled and fitted. Susan stated that this normally takes about two hours (there's a cute looking restaurant next door - Mae's - that looks nice to chill in while you're waiting). Susan also sells cute hats, skin products and other random products that you never thought you'd need... If you're in the metro-Detroit area, this is definitely worth a visit. Anyway, I rambled long enough, but it's hard to know what to expect so hopefully this helps you. Susan's is just a really nice, calming place. I can't recommend it enough.

I wound up at Susan's after I found out I'd be going Kojak thanks to chemotherapy. My hairdresser…read morerecommended Susan's because she wanted me to look and feel good during treatment, so we made an appointment to find my new hair. We were greeted by Susan herself and ushered into a private room where we talked with Susan and Shannon (the stylist) about how I normally wear my hair, when my treatment would start, and what to expect when my hair would fall out. Susan is a cancer survivor herself and a former oncology nurse, so she's familiar with different chemo drugs and what they'll do to your hair (she told me my hair would fall out on day 15 and dang if she wasn't right). Susan and Shannon talked about the different types of wigs they offer and make recommendations based on your wants/needs and lifestyle. They also make sure you know how to take care of your wig and recommend products that will keep your new hair looking great. Once I picked out my new hair, we set an appointment for my fitting, which happens after your hair falls out, or you shave it off (they will even shave your head if you want). During that appointment, one of the stylists custom fits your wig to your head. This step is totally worth it. Whenever I wear my wig, I get compliments on my haircut and color. People don't realize that it's not my real hair. These wigs are not cheap, but when you consider how much you'll wear it and how much money you won't be spending on haircuts and styling products, it's really worth the investment. The personalized service and sensitivity of the staff really makes Susan's a unique place. I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed and I got an awesome wig that makes having cancer suck just a little bit less.
