Great selection of wireless bras. Although a bit pricey, it's worth the service and attention.

Terrible customer service, I just brought in a bra where the wire popped out and from the start Camille had a bad attitude. The bra I needed was not in store and she had to order it, which would take 8-10 days and since that's my only bra I own, I was just gonna keep it and throw it away when I got the new one. She acted like I was stealing the old broken bra and got so upset and unprofessional and told me it was her property and that she owned the old bra. Like just offer to help me find another bra in my size in the store. I understand maybe sending it back to corporate but she didn't explain any of that. I'm just a customer who needed a bra and I walked in with a smile excited to get a new one. I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome. Simple questions that I asked were met with rolled eyes and a negative attitude. I'm not even sure how Camille got into customer service and why Soma wouldn't be more selective especially in an intimacy store where it's already awkward and uncomfortable. Went here for my first ever professional bra fitting earlier today and had a wonderful experience - staff members were super nice and I didn't have to wait at all. I'll definitely be back if I need to get fitted again! read more

Meh.. I think not! The customer service at this location has gone down a lot! Before.. I would get a warm welcome and now.. not so much.. or none at all! I've been to a different location and the ladies there greeted me with a smile and told me about what's on sale.. but at this location.. nope.. nothing.. nada! I didn't get a warm welcome or anything. There was were two ladies working there at the time. One was helping someone with a return and the other lady was not doing anything. Just wandering around the store.. looked like she was in her own little world. Until I approached her and asked for her help. So I came in to get a gift for my mom (it was a be-lated Mother's Day gift) and we had checked out a different Soma earlier that week. So I already knew what color an size I wanted to get for my mom. The price didn't really matter to me as long as my mom is happy! I didn't know they were having a sale on their bras for 30% the entire store and that's pretty good, I'd say! I rather buy my bras from Soma, only because I know that their bra quality is one of the best ones! I'll give this place another try.. but if I don't get a warm welcome (and it better be genuine and not FAKE) or anything.. it's not worth wasting my time or money there! read more

4 stars because the lady to helped me was absolutely amazing!! But I was a little disappointed "every bra. every body" lol. Bras have never been that accessible to me being a 36 G since high school and they still didn't have a great selection for me. I absolutely LOVED the wireless bra but they don't have it in my size so that was a big bummer and I wish there was a bra out there that I could run in and not have to hold my boobs. Also they only held my size in the back so the lady helping me had to keep running back there. just disappointed in the bra industry lol was hoping for better from soma for me. If you have a hard (read: IMPOSSIBLE) time finding bras in other stores, come here. You will wish you hadn't saved it for your last resort. I have a large bust on a small frame, I'm in between a band size, and I needed something to go under my wedding dress the day before I got married. THANK YOU GENELLE for your help! I literally tried on about 15 bras, and finally found one that fit like a dream. O.k. Ladies lets face it buying a bra can be a pain in the ass unless you wear a "perfect" 32 -36 B or C. Now anything other that that you fall into almost impossible territory like maybe your between an A or B cup, what happens if you wear a double or triple something or you are fitted for 33" or 47" if you need help for any of these things this is where shops like Soma should be helpful or not ? The customer service was truly lacking at this location today - A) It was mentioned that this is the only day off for the next week and had other errands to do in the beginning of the conversation. B) The sales girl, well she kept wandering off and not bringing what I asked for and leaving me in a dressing room waiting and waiting.... seriously, sitting in the dressing room going through my phone waiting. C) One size she offered to get she never did and forgot to tell me they didn't have it until after getting dressed. D) Eventually had to start asking another salesperson for help. After spending 40+ minutes in the store and still not having what was needed was fed up and ready to go. On the way out pulled management to the side as not to make a scene about the issues, she did offer to have a second brazziere sent in about a week (in a different color it would have to come from Wynder with free shipping) but really didn't seem to take an interest that time had been wasted, was given the wrong things or sizes, that I was walking out empty handed or that they had lost a sale. "Wow thanks for your help." *Determined to have new things this day the last stop was Belk and they were "happy to take Soma's business". Time was spent educating me on the different company's carried, how they differ, the way a brassiere will fit, as well as styles and sizes offered and have to say am so happy with the new choices : ). read more

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but after the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Erica I had to. Her customer service skills and product knowledge were amazing. I was nervous at first, but she assured me she would take care of all my needs. By the time I tried on the second bra she had me laughing and it was like we were old friends. I left the store with 4 beautiful bras and matching underwear. I will definitely be shopping at Soma for all my intimate needs. read more

I absolutely love this place. I will never shop for a bra and leggings anywhere else. The sales lady was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a strapless bra for a wedding. The leggings I wore to workout in and they felt so great against my skin.. The customer service here is way more than I expected and I'm extremely grateful for the great service. Although I have been a long time shopper of this brand (amazing bras!!), I have received some of the WORST customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The employees were not helpful one bit. Once I politely asked for help, they bickered between themselves to try to figure out who was responsible for helping me. To top it off, the management at this location is BEYOND rude with a massive attitude problem. There is a right way to provide customer service and a wrong way to provide customer service and this location really missed the mark. Definitely disappointed since they are the closest location to my office, but I can confidently say I will not be returning. read more

Love this location. They are always well stocked and have a variety of sizes and colors, especially if looking for panties. The staff is friendly too and if you go on a saturday morning the store is not very busy. would definitely recommend this location over the one at The Collection At Forsyth. read more
