I called and was asked to email a picture of the cards- one which is brand new $50 (still attached to paper tag) and another which is partial (about $31). the first email from "Brie" stated: "Since it's been over 5 years, we're unable to verify the balance on this card. However, I'd love to offer you a 15% promo code for your next purchase! You can use this code alongside any other promotions we have on our website." After much back and forth, the most recent email states they were able to verify that the card has zero balance. How is it that first you were unable to check the card balance and now you're telling me there is zero balance?? That is BS. So anyone with gift cards older than 2019, you have just lost all your money to this unworthy company. The company just stole about $80 from my gift cards with no product in return. It is sad that this is a Canadian company. They need more training in Customer service- perhaps from American counterparts who are thriving. I will never give one more penny to this company. Buyers beware- DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam by changing their computer systems claiming they are invalid. The money is still valid. Very disappointing.

When I went they had buy one get one free bras and buy two get two free undies. The most expensive bra I could find was $40 but there are a lot of $20 bras. The underwear was $10 each. With the deal each bra was $20 and the underwear was $5 each, very reasonable! When we entered we were greeted and helped. Our sales girl Ally helped us find the perfect bras with a great fit. They have a wide variety to choose from. They will try to get you to sign up for their discount card which costs $10. You do get $15 on your birthday so it may be worth it. It guarantees you 10% off every purchase for an entire year. So if you spend over $100 then it's worth it because it is free when you add the discount.

I had struck out at just about every high-end department store you can think of, and couldn't even find a decent to try on anywhere I had gone. Gipper Prom has a large selection, with most inventory displayed on mannequins instead of just on hangers. There's no lugging around 10lb dresses, you just write the style number and color up on a slip they give you when you first walk in, and when you're done, they bring it to your dressing room. And it IS a room, with a locking door, so no worrying about that big dress leaving you exposed as you turn around. They had several associates at the dressing room, ready to help zip, clasp or adjust when needed, and they make sure the walkway is clear for you to move about. Since most people do not go dress shopping alone, they thoughtfully have ample seating and complimentary water for the poor soul you may have dragged along with you. Seating is arranged several feet behind a wall lined with mirrors, each section accompanied by a platform and appropriate lighting. The platform is likely useful for any tailoring needed, but I just used it to make my significant other nervously rate me in each of the 10 or so dresses I tried on. The staff didn't pressure you to buy, nor did anyone look at my long list of dresses like I was wasting their time or making their life terrible for no reason. The people working were friendly, and the other customers and their guests were also all cheery. Dress shopping can be a nightmare - hot, cramped, nothing fitting the way you hope, sizing not available, etc. But not the case here - and the other women shopping seemed to feel the same as me. Customers were openly complimenting each other, and the entire atmosphere was very warm. I can't rate their ability to modify or make minor fixes to beading, etc. The dress I purchased was perfect without anything needed. Overall, I was more than impressed. If you're an adult, well - clearly we aren't going to the prom, but this is a great store for many other events including pageants, galas, black tie or formal parties, or any time you can get away with being a little "extra," or are in need of a good selection of floor-length, high-quality formalwear. I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership.
