However be aware they don't have warranty for any physical damage (not sure what the point of even offering it is), screen was back to cracked after only 3 months of use. We have brought our laptops into the shop and have had Chuck out to our house on 2 other occasions. We have found Chuck to be very professional, an expert at what he does, honest and fair. We feel his charges are reasonable and, on the occasions he has come to our house, he has rounded the time downward. On an occasion when I brought my older backup computer in, he told me he could reinstall the operating system (which was out of date and had become corrupted) for a nominal charge but felt I'd do better putting that money towards buying a new machine. He did not charge me for that assessment. I feel we are lucky to have such a good computer resource in our Old Metairie neighborhood.
