Trust me, you'll want to bask in the glory that you succeeded based on your own wits & cunning... if you do succeed, that is. The clues, puzzles & entire process of the room are all very clever, the whole experience was such a thrill. The facilities are spotless clean & furnished beautifully. The gamemaster observes your endeavors for the entire hour & gives clues as needed. I was really impressed with the pacing of our game. The gamemaster let us work out how to move to the next step in our own time & only gave us hints if we really needed them. I liked how afterwards he walked us through the game to show us what we did & what we didn't. I would highly recommend this adventure for team building or just a fun experience with family or friends. Can't wait to try the other two rooms & hopefully taste the fruits of victory again! So worth the price of admission!

They ran through the game options, and the one with an option to get a free beer. The staff would watch every so often to help you correct your throws and offer assistance when needed. There were plenty of clues and figuring them out was a lot of fun, as they all were a little different in the approach to solving for an answer. There were four in our group and we all played an equal part in trying to solve the crime. We didn't solve our case but were really close to the right answer. And I'd say that, win or lose, this was a really good way to spend an hour! I'd definitely come back to try one of the other rooms. One thing to note, that I almost missed - the entrance and parking are located around the back of the main mall. Once you've driven around the building, the location is easy to spot.

We all worked together fine, but it was extremely hard to even get started on the puzzle in the room. Most Escape Rooms that we've done at least give you a hint or guide you in a direction. But we had to ask for help almost immediately (and by immediately I mean after about 20 minutes of trying to figure it out ourselves). A lot of the puzzles were too difficult to even guess at how to solve. The room we were in had a number counter that went from 0 - 100 and back to 0. It just kept going. We finally had to ask what we were supposed to do with it and they told us that we were supposed to press the button to make it stop on the same number that was displayed before it started counting. Never in a million years would I have thought to do that. Nor was there any indication that that was what we were supposed to do anywhere in the process. There are far better Escape Rooms in Milwaukee than this one. Go to one of those.

This was the worst put together and least professional experience we've ever had. Extremely disappointed. Our "game master" told us at the start that her and her "best friend" would be watching us and giving clues along the way. We were stuck at two points in the game and had to scream at the camera to alert someone. Both times she came on the speaker and asked "So what have you figured out so far." They were clearly not watching. We finished in 40 minutes but only because the gal on the speaker said "Ok, you've escaped" and came in the room. There was no true escaping. She informed us that the "Full Throttle" room hadn't been working properly and many of the tasks in the room weren't working or linked properly. She went on to say that last week someone broke a handle off of one of the cabinets that was part of a task we needed to do. Also, she informed us a yellow light we needed was burned out. She was very unapologetic about all of the broken items. We could not believe that we paid money for this. I had mentioned a refund but she ignored us. We asked if we could take a picture so the gal did take our pic but there were no cute signs to hold or even a wall with the logo to stand in front of. We paid money for an activity that was not working properly. The one employee that we did deal with was very unprofessional. The "Full Throttle" Room needs to be shut down and fixed before any other people waste their money.

The puzzles are very unique. The storyline and room are immersive (my group had done another room, and while the gamemaster was telling us the story to our room, he kept referring to our previous story like we're just continuing on with our next part of our story--loved the continuity). Puzzles aren't all based on locks like many are. Production value is high. Our gamemaster stepped in to guide us when necessary and were definitely attentive to how we were doing. Super positive and enthusiastic at the end when doing our wrap ups. During our wrap ups, he did mention that there have been other groups that struggled and weren't pleased with their experience. This isn't the stereotypical lock and key/code escape room. It really does require collaboration, critical thinking, memorization. It's definitely an experience to be appreciate. My advice, if you're really struggling, take the hints! Oh, and snacks and beverages are complimentary!

We tried "The Passage" room and I don't want to spoil it, but there were multiple rooms and even a water feature built in. You could tell that they put a ton of work into the room(s), from the build quality to the complexity of the clues. Joe, one of the owners, was very generous with clues and talked to us afterwards about the new rooms he will be setting up. This was one of the coolest escape room experiences we've ever had.
