There were plenty of clues and figuring them out was a lot of fun, as they all were a little different in the approach to solving for an answer. There were four in our group and we all played an equal part in trying to solve the crime. We didn't solve our case but were really close to the right answer. And I'd say that, win or lose, this was a really good way to spend an hour! I'd definitely come back to try one of the other rooms. One thing to note, that I almost missed - the entrance and parking are located around the back of the main mall. Once you've driven around the building, the location is easy to spot.

The guy working there was not at all enthused or pleasant to work with. He barely greeted us, wasn't in the spirit. Also, the video intro that we were asked to observe before our time started very clearly stated that clues would not be used twice, and yet one of the puzzles was only solvable by reusing a clue. When we pointed this out to the guy after, he denied it repeatedly. He refused to acknowledge the error, despite all 6 of us being confident it was in the video. The idea for the room was cool, but there were some executional flaws. And it ended very abruptly on our escape. It didn't feel like there was any closure. Finally, when we escaped our room, the staff made no attempt to come get us in a timely manner. When he did finally come get us, he said "that's it. Thanks guys" and offered us no opportunity to take a photo with the props, didn't tell us our final time, or invite us to come back again. As an escape room aficionado, I expect a higher caliber of service and immersion than my friends and I received during this visit. Will not be returning.

Not sure what he was doing but he did not bring us back to the room until our exact minute of our start time. No one else was even there. We did not escape our room, and this is the first escape room where I have not been told how to exit the room or how close we were to exiting the room. All he said was "if you want to know how to escape then you will have to come back and try again". Very unsatisfying. Obviously would not pay money again to go and complete the exact same escape room knowing all the clues that we were able to figure out during our time in there. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

We all worked together fine, but it was extremely hard to even get started on the puzzle in the room. Most Escape Rooms that we've done at least give you a hint or guide you in a direction. But we had to ask for help almost immediately (and by immediately I mean after about 20 minutes of trying to figure it out ourselves). A lot of the puzzles were too difficult to even guess at how to solve. The room we were in had a number counter that went from 0 - 100 and back to 0. It just kept going. We finally had to ask what we were supposed to do with it and they told us that we were supposed to press the button to make it stop on the same number that was displayed before it started counting. Never in a million years would I have thought to do that. Nor was there any indication that that was what we were supposed to do anywhere in the process. There are far better Escape Rooms in Milwaukee than this one. Go to one of those.

This was the worst put together and least professional experience we've ever had. Extremely disappointed. Our "game master" told us at the start that her and her "best friend" would be watching us and giving clues along the way. We were stuck at two points in the game and had to scream at the camera to alert someone. Both times she came on the speaker and asked "So what have you figured out so far." They were clearly not watching. We finished in 40 minutes but only because the gal on the speaker said "Ok, you've escaped" and came in the room. There was no true escaping. She informed us that the "Full Throttle" room hadn't been working properly and many of the tasks in the room weren't working or linked properly. She went on to say that last week someone broke a handle off of one of the cabinets that was part of a task we needed to do. Also, she informed us a yellow light we needed was burned out. She was very unapologetic about all of the broken items. We could not believe that we paid money for this. I had mentioned a refund but she ignored us. We asked if we could take a picture so the gal did take our pic but there were no cute signs to hold or even a wall with the logo to stand in front of. We paid money for an activity that was not working properly. The one employee that we did deal with was very unprofessional. The "Full Throttle" Room needs to be shut down and fixed before any other people waste their money.

We tried "The Passage" room and I don't want to spoil it, but there were multiple rooms and even a water feature built in. You could tell that they put a ton of work into the room(s), from the build quality to the complexity of the clues.
