So happy that he was able to come to our rescue again. 2 weeks with no pool pump would have caused major changes to the pool water. Flow Pros Plumbing was great! I had a leak that started…read moreSunday night. I messaged this company and had an appointment first thing the next day. My technician, Bradley, was on it! He communicated his time frame, was very thorough with his inspection and trouble shooting. He also referred a water remediation company who came out the same day. He was very reassuring, calm, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the rational behind it (very comforting in a stressful situation). Thank you, Bradley. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I hired Flow Pro Plumbing to do a simple water heater installation with a permit. I paid Flow Pro…read more$1,482.74 after purchasing the water heater, drip pan, and hoses myself. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

My husband had to keep calling to check to see if and when they would be showing up. No courtesy call or anything. They finally showed up in the afternoon and they couldn't be bothered to stop smoking while working. On top of all that they pumped out the septic and not even all the way but said they needed to dump some water back into the tank to help with the bacteria growth which was not true. We paid almost $400 for an emergency service that was done 1/2 ass. You're stealing from your community while saying you've been providing 20 years of great service. It's been 4 months and we had to call Cliffs Septic to come do a regular maintenance service because everytime we washed clothes it smelled like sulphur. When they came the tank was completely full within 4 months which is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! They stole our money and took advantage of an emergency that we had. Do not use this company they are thief's and you will have to pay double to get your septic dumped...once by them and then once by a reputable company. This company sucks don't use them. If I could give no stars I would but Yelp doesn't let you do that. Cliff's septic did an awesome job so use them here is there number (352) 796-4540
