They communicated early and often during the appraisal process, the arrived on time for the appointment and explained the process they use. They took an extensive number of photos and measurements during their visit. Due to the time of year, comparable sales in our area are hard to come by because homes are not for sale but Glenda persevered and was able to find the requisite comps to determine our value. I'm a very knowledgeable real estate broker, having been in the business full time since 1978 and have also worked as an appraiser. I submitted a Request for Reconsideration of Value, to no avail. Ms. Helms did not budge from her original opinion! The sale fell through and we put the home back on the market and it sold immediately for $350,000. Although I do not know what it it appraised for, I do know that it appraised for at least $350,000 and we closed on it yesterday. I will inform my future buyers and sellers, as well as my fellow Realtors, to beware of Glenda Helms. She obviously is a lousy appraiser!! The sale of our house was smooth and successful because we selected Consuelo Souders! Looking back we are extremely happy we did not choose the quick sale, no showing approach a realtor advertises on the radio. We met with that realtor obtained the initial price offer and then contacted Consuelo Souders. The difference between their net price to seller and the net price to seller we got using Consuelo was $43,000 more! Consuelo explained the entire process, showed us the comparison sales for houses in the area and explained why/how she determined the sale price of our house. I believe pricing the house based on analytical data and not emotion made the difference in a quick sale for a great price. Because Consuelo knows the market and priced the house based on analytics is why we received 3 offers within five days. Two offers were above our asking and above the average price per square foot for houses sold in the area. I attribute this to pricing it correctly and working with "her team" to stage the house and the marketing strategy. This was our third house sale and it's the first time we have seen the additional services offered by Consuelo (at no cost to us). Consuelo Souders is a great agent who is personable, knowledgeable and hard working. We are glad we selected her to list our home.

    I would give them NO stars if I could. I've lived in a community that they manage (and I use that…read moreterm very loosely) for 15 plus years. They have a long history of never calling back if you have a concern. Recently I had a question that was not answered by our agent. So I called the owner, Kelly. She proceeded to tell me that I was the problem and NEVER took responsibility for her agents NOT returning my calls. This terrible customer service obviously comes from the top and trickles down. NO accountability!! I've read some of their reviews & they state similar experiences-unresponsive and little to no follow up & then try they make excuses....i was at a conference, etc. RUN from this group!! We are NOT new to HOA communities. We have been a part of one at our beach community for over 30 years. We have served multiple times in the Board. We have NEVER had an issue or concern with our other HOA community. They return calls, address concerns & take responsibility-UNLIKE Main St UPDATE: in response to your comments, once AGAIN you take NO responsibility. If what you say is correct, NO ONE from your office EVER called me back to relay this info. so how am I to know that my question was even answered. YOU are NOT giving the correct facts!!! My concern when I contacted you, the owner was about your staff not returning calls or follow up. And your comment reinforces just that-no one from your office EVER followed up with to let me know that my question had been addressed. If you don't communicate then your clients have no idea what you are doing. Again-NOT taking responsibility for not returning calls and not clearly stating the issue or facts!! We pay YOU to do a job!! and no returned calls is definitely falling short of the service that we are paying for

I was pretty much done with having lived with a messy room mate for well over 2 years and it was time to have a place I could really pour myself into. Lisa took me around to a number of houses in all conditions from run-down repos to move-in-ready. After two bids fell through and we viewed a number of different properties Lisa still stuck with it. Shrugging off suggestions from friends to talk to their personal realtor I stuck with her too. And eventually everything fell into place. Lisa was far more than customer-service oriented. She was very much like a friend and at times perhaps even a personal therapist where I could go to complain about all the stresses of being a renter and aching to buy my own place and move out. Of course she might not want me sharing that - others might come to her for counseling rather than to look at houses! Her relationship with all of the individuals in the real estate industry made it easy-as-pie to get a loan agent, home inspection and appraisal done with limited personal stress and input. Additionally, the Keller Williams office is well equipped for a smooth closing with banks just a short distance away. Basically, in the end I found the whole process of buying a home to be far more smooth than I was ever led to believe. Thanks tons to Lisa! I think her and I have a lot in common and I look forward to us hanging out even now after the whole transaction has been completed.

In fact, we did not even get any instruction on how to get the keys till we called the afternoon of the day before moving. We encountered several problems with the house as listed below. She took $300 unfairly from our deposit as cleaning fee. We called twice her office and sent photos and emails to her "boss" Stephanie Gossett who told us Allen Tate had nothing to do with Jeanette's property management firm although the "For Rent" sign was Allen Tate and our contract was under Allen Tate. We used this company in the past for three times for buying and selling our houses and that was the answer we got. We wanted to bring them to Small Claim Court. But we believe it will be more helpful to the public if we write a review here on the true. We keep all the photos and videos and signed report to support us. 1.Personal stuff was all over the house including food in the refrigerator and freezer. 2. House was very filthy. The first cleaning lady did not even want to come back. She told us either three of them working there for four hours or four of them working there for three hours and she rather gave back the Landlord the refund then coming back to clean this dirty house again.We moved to a dirty house and could not unpack our stuff for six days until the second cleaning lady finished the cleaning. This created a great inconvenience to us. 3. The Landlord did not cancel her Wi-Fi and we were not able to get the service for 17 days after we moved in. This also caused damage to our four businesses. 4. Upstairs bathroom made excruciating loud noise when the water was running. The Landlord got a quote from a handyman and refused to fix it because the quote was too high. When the realtor's handyman Anthony came, He had different diagnose and did not think it would be too expensive. But problem was never fixed. 5. Sinks had no stoppers and small objects were very easily going down to the drain. The landlord refused to fix this problem. 6. All closets and cabinets filled with Landlords personal stuff and smells terribly. We showed to the realtor and she was surprised. 7. Area rugs well very filthy and we had to move them to the garage, trying to eliminate the mildew smell in the house. 8. When we walked in, the house smelled so bad. I had to few times mop the floor with chemicals, before the smell was gone. 9. The heating system vans are above the ceiling fan, all the heat went upstairs. There was almost 20° difference between downstairs and upstairs. My daughter had dry cough upstairs and we had cold downstairs. (She went to the doctors twice for that and now we are in the new home and she has been healthy for over two and half months.). We had to move out December 13. But for good faith, We kept and paid All utilities up for the house till December 31th. Meanwhile, the Landlord did not even set the power up from January 1. I got a call from The Landlord 'a father on January 6 asking why there was no power. 10. The door at the sunroom was very hard to open and close. But the landlord again did not want to do anything about it. My husband had to fix it by himself. We are very flexible with the whole situation. The third day after the landlord returned they complained about the toilet, bathtubs and microwave were dirty. But the photo proof was not convince. If any, we would admit the stove dish was dirty not a piece of hair from the ground. The carpet company came Dec 28th, Landlord's father called us from the house Jan. 6th. The landlord returned home Jan. 7th. Assuming Jeanette did a walk-through between and we did not hear any problem till Jan. 9th. WE WANTED TO GIVE THEM MIMUS 5-STAR RATING.
