She has taken the time to answer all of my questions despite how busy she may be. I've also found the receptionists there to be polite each time I've spoken to them. Dr. Evans' website is also easy to navigate. Overall I believe dermatology offices can become quite busy since they not only conduct assessments but have to perform lengthy procedures depending on their patients' needs. I just came back from a facial with Carmen, who works with Dr. Evans. Her technique and room is kept neat and clean. I felt nurtured and relaxed from my treatment. I believe she has been in this line of work for 35 years. It was nice that throughout the facial she asked if I was comfortable. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that while I was waiting for my face mask to dry, I also received a lovely foot treatment as well. I highly recommend Carmen.

Thanks to the exceptional rehabilitation team, I received occupational and physical therapy twice a day from a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive staff. Their doctors met my every need. During my stay, I experienced some unexpected complications from the surgery that required me to extend my time there, but their team continued to provide unwavering support and attention working with my insurance to asure I was getting the care I needed. After 24 days, I was able to walk out of the facility--something that would not have been possible without their dedication and expertise. She ignored my call bell ring for my meds and when she arrived with my pain meds she began screaming at me about her workload. I reported her. After that she purposely held my meds back. Administration took her off my case but since she was nurse on duty she still had access the the dispensing of my meds. Wanda(the cna), Gladys, Jenai, Ms Shackleford RN, Pat (DON) and the exceptional physical therapist team made me realize that there are good and exceptionally caring people who work at this facility. But they are letting one rotten egg Nurse Phoebe destroy their image. I would go back but not allow them to put me under care of Nurse Phoebe!

The doctor tried to look into it but could not find it. She said that she probably just forgot to mark it down. Another time, another doctor swore that my child probably had strep even though the test came back negative. Before we left, I asked about a rash he had and suddenly, they realized it was coxsackie. Another time, I asked about an issue I was concerned with for one child and the doctor wasn't concerned. 10 months later, we find out the other child has a major issue that we would have tested for 10 months earlier if the dr had taken my concern seriously and knew that it potentially had genetic implications for siblings. After we found out about the major issue, the doctors did not contact us to see how he was doing. I have reached out to them regarding this issue via the portal and they ghosted me. How do pediatricians ghost a parent? I had questions and suggestions so that other parents are not taken by surprise with the issue my son has and they ghosted me. We have seen every doctor in this practice throughout our long tenure with them and although they seem nice, they are not competent except if it's just your average check up.

I want to give special praise to one doctor in particular, Dr. David Costabile. He is extremely patient, listens to your concerns and thoroughly addresses all your questions no matter how minute. He explains everything in layman's terms and never throws medical jargon in your face. He has been the best health care profession that I've ever dealt with.

He torture my body for seven months as he stuck on one medication which hurts my blood pressure. At the same time, he collected thousands of dollars from my insurance for unnecessary procedures and even surgery! He is a complete failure as my medical condition got worse and I was about to be depressed. All doctors at Phelps Hospital are forced to refer patients to Dr Housman as he is the Vice President of the Phelps Medical Staff. I am glad that I switched him to a group of doctors in the same building! at suite 510 who are knowledgeable and intelligent and were able to deliver results from first visit.
