I provided a card to reserve my appointment. I was informed after the service that this type of card was not accepted. Great service sometimes takes a couple tries. The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem. We fixed that right and know for next time. I would definitely use this service again. It took less time than I anticipated.

Edit: also just found that she left the empty needle and a few pieces of trash, which is a dangerous for our cats :( So glad our cats didn't get to it!

Buyer Beware -- Overpriced and Questionable Billing Practices…read more Buyer beware. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. The membership is overpriced, and I have serious concerns about the billing practices and the level of service being provided. I booked appointments using my membership code, and the company's own system applied credits to each appointment. I reasonably understood that these services were included in my membership. Now, conveniently after I canceled my membership, I am being told that I owe additional amounts for those same appointments. If this was a system error, why am I being held responsible for it, and why wasn't this communicated to me at the time of booking? I also have concerns about being overcharged for the membership itself. Customers should not have to question whether the company's own booking system and membership terms can be trusted. Additionally, I have concerns about whether some of the nurses are adequately equipped and prepared to administer IV treatments professionally and competently. For the prices this company charges, I expect transparency, competent service, and ethical billing practices. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning all three. My advice to anyone considering this company: read the membership terms carefully, scrutinize every charge, and confirm exactly what is included in writing before booking. Keep records of your appointments, credits, and payments. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to proceed with caution

There was a really open environment to discuss health topics not just with the nurses, but as well as the people in the facility. You could tell the building itself has state of the art new technology that immediately made me feel like I was in a professional environment. The rooms themselves are very aesthetic. When I walked in with my nurse Lindsey, she was very communicative with my concerns. I have been getting vitamin shots and drips for sometime now in another location before moving to San Francisco and I'm so happy I found my new place. The variety of IV Drips are amazing, and all injections are absolutely painless. I had no bruising. I highkey recommend the fountain of youth or any of drips with glutathione- it always makes me feel so much better and these IV drips can also serve a preventative to dehydration if your headed to a very dry place or a festival! I overall love the process and would 100% come back. My experience was so worth it and Lindsey is truly a gem. She made me feel so comfortable and really knew what she was doing. They also have other items like body scans, etc that will allow you to see health progress! But I really recommend the shots and drips because MY GOSH I feel so much better after it. I wanted to share my honest experience with The I.V. Doc, because prospective clients should know…read morewhat to expect if things don't go according to plan. While the registered nurse who administered my treatment was great, the company's overall process and customer care leave a lot to be desired. Normally, my IV treatments take between 60 to 90 minutes that I had done in the past with another company, but this company rushed through it in about 35 minutes--administering glutathione first. While I know it's common for some places to push immunity IVs out that fast, that aggressive speed is a stark contrast to how my treatments are normally done. Anyways, just a day later, I developed a slight, localized deep tissue and nerve pain in my bicep of the same arm where I got the IV. As time went on, the pain started increasing immensely. It can't be a coincidence that this pain developed a day right after an administration done so differently than I'm used to. It's a common misconception that IV complications must show up instantly; chemical and venous irritation can show symptoms later as inflammation builds. I'm 99% certain that the cause of this was likely due to my body receiving the IV too fast along with not being given a saline chaser after the iv, which I had gotten with the previous iv company. The pain got to the point where I had to go to the ER, and I haven't been able to work for the past month. Of course, I don't blame them for every aspect of this, but I am more so shocked by their handling of the situation. When I reached out to their support team via email, they were very dismissive about my requests, didn't truly listen, and refused to take responsibility or offer even a simple refund to ensure client satisfaction. I mean I've had to pay extra out of pocket to deal with this arm issue. While most people will probably have a fine experience, just know that in case you don't, their support is unhelpful and often feels like you're talking to an ai bot. They should really look into asking deeper, more thorough questions before performing treatments. And in case, you're body is a bit sensitive and you've been in the rare but similar situation as mine where you have had gotten iv care differently in the past, I'd recommend doing your due diligence to make sure the iv you're getting is accordance with how you normally would get it.
