To begin with, the service was definitely substandard. We ordered drinks upon our arrival and sat at our table for 20 minutes sans drinks and no wait staff to be seen. Once they finally came to get our order, the drinks were 'remembered' only after we complains, although they were then promptly brought to the table at least. The wait for initial service was just WAY too long. The food came quickly but getting the bill was a real chore - not just for us but for all the tables around us as well. Both were on the sweet side and the Pathia wasn't spicy hot enough by any means. The portions were rather small for the price being charged as well. The peshwari naan was well made although the whole cashews falling out of it were a bit of a surprise.
All of this cost £30 which seems high considering that there are some amazing takeaways in town with much better quality that charge far less. I don't think we'll be giving this one a go again... read more
