I have seen a few other places, but no other service gives the type of care that Heal and Hope does. I see many individuals leave with their lives transformed, continuously commenting on the work our counselors perform. These counselors work diligently, day and night, to understand the best possible care for their clients. Psychology is a hard field; there are very few tests to give you an exact problem with an exact solution. Counseling takes time and effort from both parties, and I see these counselors putting in an immense amount of effort. They love what they do and are proud to be in this field! Highly recommend!

I had an 11 o'clock appointment that when I arrived at 11 am the lady could not find my appointment. I took a half day of work to show up to not even be in the system? They asked me to come back at 4pm. Ok so now you want me to take a full day off from work. I asked the lady if she was gonna pay me for me missing work or do I get the appointment for free. She's said I'm sorry sir that's not the way it works... oh so you mean you get to not only screw up my half day but now my full day of work. Lol The staff was also so horrible and rude one girl slammed the phone so hard while hanging up on me I'm pretty sure the phone broke. Not to mention the assumptions and pre judgement they have in their hearts they asked my wife if she was ok like I was beating her. News flash little people I'm super tall and super big. I have zero to prove to anyone in fact I'm probably the most trust worthy person you will ever meet. You work for a counseling firm yet let fear control you. Lol and you think yall can help me lmfao you can't even be comfortable in the same room with me. Also was double charged for one marriage counseling session... Enter at your own risk. Update... called back in to speak with the owner. Horrible decision on my part. I shared the entire story including asking Cierra if she had walked through any personal trauma or dramatic event or ptsd or anything like that and then the owner assumed I had ptsd and committed to destroy me verbally with what she deemed as my issues which could not be further from actual I was merely trying to understand if Cierra was capable and the owner used that portion of the story to not only point out every single flaw in myself but also became verbally abusive with stabs at my person and over talking me consistently when I would respond. Well I can honestly say I now understand why the office staff can act the way they do cause the owner even hung up on me the second I pointed out what she was doing in the conversation. My single star and enter at your own risk stands. And now all of a sudden they wont refund our double charge... How convenient... Enter at your Own Risk you have been Warned!!!!

We started working with Kylee when our little one was 7 months. We were desperate and Kylee saved…read moreus all from continued sleep deprivation. At Kylee's recommendation we signed up for her "Just Tell Us What To Do" zoom package. At first I was worried that the hour zoom and follow up texts would not be enough guidance. But Kylee is beyond generous with her time and the texting is not just a simple yes or no answer but a complete understanding of the current problem and very thorough answers/suggestions. We have continued working with Kylee using her monthly texting plan. Knowing that we have her has been such a huge help. She not only helps Ruby, but truly helps reassure us as parents.  We still have occasional early morning wake-ups and short naps, but we are overall we are in such a great place with sleeping. Our daughter is able to fall asleep on her own and consistently sleeps 10-12 hours/night. Working with Kylee has been such a help and so worthwhile.

DESPERATE: (being 6 months pregnant with an 18 month old toddler who slept with me at 3am-7am every day), I started searching online and found Kylee. I am so thankful for Kylee. My husband, mother-in law, and nanny were all skeptical at first and couldn't take the idea of the baby crying during training. My husband especially was not on board at first. It's really important that all caretakers are on the same page to make this process go efficiently. We had some obstacles and set backs (hubby) but Kylee was there every step of the way to help us. Now, my husband appreciates and recognizes the many benefits of having a well-rested child and family. My daughter (age 2 now), requests to go to sleep for naps and night sleep! Can you imagine?! This was shortly after she "graduated" from sleep training. She is a happier kid with more sleep and needless to say Mommy and Daddy are super happy too. We recently welcomed our son home. Second time around, I was not going to waste any time in getting my nights back. Tonight is night 2 of sleep training my 3 month old son. I am so excited! Giddy! (at 3 months you can have your precious baby sleeping through the night!) There's hope at the end of the tunnel guys! Let Kylee be your guide. You will not regret it. She gets to the point and puts you at ease and empowers you as a parent with the knowledge and tools to navigate life with your kid. No judgments. So happy we found him and can't recommend him enough! Zach Kissell has also been wonderful for individual counseling, and the ladies who help up front have always been kind and efficient! I haven't personally used the other therapists, but would imagine they are all wonderful and all seem to have specialties that could be very helpful for people looking for help in specific areas. Highly recommend!

The counselor was uncaring and only took my basic information instead of helping me through the crisis and at the very least giving me some resources of places that would be willing to help me. I spent $100, as I considered it to be an ER type visit. The counselor quickly ended our session, pushing me into the lobby when I was still sobbing uncontrollably. It was humiliating to be pushed into the small lobby with that level of emotion in front of 2 men and a child, with a woman who came in as well. Even the receptionist did not offer my to use their bathroom to wash up or Kleenex. All they wanted was to be paid and me out of there. This is absolutely the last place I would send anyone to. If you want help, resources, connection don't waste your time and/or money. This place does not even worthy of 1 star. 2/8/2020 You were correct about one thing, I did not get charged $100...I got charged for $200 and it shows on the bottom that I used a debit or credit card. Nice way to outright lie about your counseling group. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. People in need of proper counseling beware.
