Dewayne Gravley took great care of us and walked us through every step of my grandmother's funeral. The other staff members helped us with her obituary and ensuring that her slide show video came out well. They dealt with our several song changes for the service with a smile. At one point, we were missing a flower arrangement from the florist and Dewayne even offered to call and ask them about it for me, so I could spend more time with my family during such a difficult time. My grandfather was having an extremely hard time with the loss of his wife of almost 52 years, so they allowed him to come every morning at 8:30 until they had to close at 8:00. They even had a pot of coffee on waiting for him. I just cannot express enough how kind they were here and how well we were taken care of. We will definitely be using them in the future. Just hopefully not for a while. :) BTW: they are pet friendly!

Absolute fraud! Still waiting on a refund. Stay away from this place.

A total scam! And folks need their money back…read more Chattanooga friends: Beware of Wichman Monuments. My mother waited to find the perfect double monument for my Dad and her when he passed away. She signed a contract with this company 14 months ago to get this headstone. We went to this place and picked out artwork and watched Trent Wichman design the monument. He was very shady throughout this process and wouldn't return phone calls, but we would show up and he would give us answers on a timeline of when things would happen with this stone. The last time I talked to him, he promised that the headstone would be in the ground by March 14th or my Mom's money back.... My mom and sister came to visit me today from out of town and we went by Wichman Monuments, only to find two fedex papers stuck to their locked door from the end of February. After googling, we found that the doors of this business have been locked for a few weeks and this guy has ripped off grieving people for more than thousands.
