Mr Roddy was excellent communicator for everything we were going to need them to box. Printer/fax/Scanner was larger than a medium box from some company. They were prepared. They had our television wrapped perfectly. The mattresses were covered with bags from bags from other companies. The boxes were colored labeled for each room and numbered, so I could look back at what my husband packed. He did all the major packing due to my disabilities. So, we had it packed up. 95 boxes and our furniture. Barnes let us pick the number of men to pack the truck. We did two. They were done ahead of schedule and headed out for a Georgia to Georgia move. They were already unloading in the right rooms the next morning when we showed up 5 minutes late because of the dog's last minute siesta. I have never been so amazed at how respectful a crew could be moving your belongings. After 26 moves in my teens and adult lifetime, this was the only one where furniture wasn't damaged. We were quite pleased and lucky. Thankful as well. I left there doing what the Lord instructed by shaking my shoes, but there are some people who deserve recognition. Some companies from the lowest level to the highest that show they care more for their customers/patients by being honest, helpful, working together to communicate and understand each other, and understand each other. They have cameras at the entrance & that's it. Our storage unit was broken into multiple times. The lock was torn off things were missing every time we checked. Their claim is that there's only cameras in the front.... not the back. So all of my kids sporting trophies, baptism certificates, artwork, beds, clothes EVERYTHING we owned are all gone. For a person that is already fighting homelessness, this is a loss that can't be forgotten. Make sure you have a unit in the front & that you check your unit often.

My experience was extremely disappointing. During my move, an accent chair that cost $1,874…read moredisappeared and was never delivered to my new home. I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.
