Then I finally decided to try yoga (i've tried a studio years before and it was not great). Peaceful Warrior is amazing when it comes to teachers and the studio itself. They have a great variety of classes and times available which is something that is always a negative at other studios. Teachers are very knowledgeable, personable, dedicated to their craft and always ready to help you with your yoga practice. I am on my 5th month since starting in April 2013 and I am addicted. Studio is very welcoming, clean, and smells fresh all the time. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dawn and all her teachers.

Our instructor was terrific and was able to focus on the class with the added distraction of goats running around and some Yogi's only there for the libations. Thanks to our instructor I was able to follow her instructions and keep up with the class, not bad for a newbie. The goats were cool and did not get in our way most of the time. The goat handlers did a great job preparing the goats and handing out food to us to feed the goats. There were a couple of accidents but the poop easily rolls off the yoga mats. Thanks to Drew for setting up this complicated event. This event had the added bonus of proceeds going to charity.

Nothing like a bunch of cuties running towards you. They were so friendly and adorable, and very chill about being pet. As much as I'm not a yogi, the class from Cocomotion was fairly easy to follow, and the instructor was extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient. I liked that she brought an upbeat playlist that included some pop music. Made it much more fun to follow. The biscuits from Main Road Biscuit Co. were incredible, as is everything they make. The honey butter and peach jam took them above and beyond. The LIV distillery was a bit of a let down for me today. They didn't seem too thrilled to have us there- the bartenders were extremely unfriendly. I've had pleasant experiences here before, so was really shocked at the shift in hospitality. Additionally, the Bloody Marys were eh. Long Island Spirits makes an amazing Bourbon, so I'd been hoping for a drink option involving that. Overall, super cool event. I laughed all morning, which was much needed. I pet lots of goats. And I got a sweet Yelp swag bag. What more could you ask for?

I recover faster , I'm more responsive, and I always feel loose. Lotus studio is one of the best ones I've ever attended. I asked for my money back and it looks like she'll send me a few checks (not the full amount) even though hers is a non refundable agreement (which I didn't know). They gave great information upon booking the reservation on the phone. Parking was very easy but depending what time you go I'd go sooner for parking! The women who checked us in was very sweet. She explained everything to us. She told us where to go and how to stay safe. The man who got us on the boards was equally as nice. He gave us a quick course on how to use the boards. The boards were much easy than I thought. I felt secure and got the hang of it pretty quickly. We paddled to an amazing area with a waterfall and past some beautiful houses and shoreline. I loved that you could kneel , lay , stand and just float in the water. It was definitely a fun day and I can't wait to do it again.
