There is a ton of treadmills if that's your thing, as well as stationary bikes. Locker room is kept relatively clean and haven't had any issues there. If free weights are what you're interested in there are a ton but limited benches make it difficult to find a spot at peak times. This LA is my home location but it is extremely busy at night, like to the point where you're waiting for machines or benches. Other than that I do like this spot, but it can feel very cramped and crowded. The Lake grove one is much roomier and less busy at peak times.

It's never over crowded to the point where I start getting annoyed. It actually is kinda nice with people not slamming weights and screams. I mean you still have a few douches here and there but it's not bad. Also I go at 6pm which is usually the busiest time to go to a gym. As for the pricing I got on when they were running a special $0 down and $10 a month. That really is unbeatable. I also love the fact that it's literally two minutes from my house. So all in all if your looking for a laid back, inexpensive, clean gym I would recommend it. If you're looking for a place to lift heavy and grunt like an idiot this is probably not the spot for you.
