When you arrive, you have to use a call box to enter the building. Once inside, there is a 5 person max due to the pandemic (so you may have to wait in the hall). Once they allow you inside, they provide you with hand sanitizer (GREAT SAFETY MEASURE). The inside is not as big as the other hair stores but they have everything you need! There was a young lady on the floor assisting customers. I asked many questions and she answered each one in a friendly, patient and professional manner. Complaints to Corporate Customer service go unanswered. Three of my prescriptions have been unfilled for 3 weeks. The Dr. had to call two of them in three times. The third one was 'ready' according to the website, but the pharmacist still had not filled it. A fourth was ready on such a date, according to an email, then another email came that said it would be ready two days after the first date. We are told to "wait" or "come back", just as if we have all the time in the world to do multiple pharmacy runs that take up to an hour, between travel and the line. I was third in line last week - it took 45 minutes from walking in to walking out. It all comes down from Corporate, but they don't seem to care.

I made sure to smell all of the candles and soaps as they lit up the aroma in the store when I walked in. I chose to buy Thrilla in Vanilla and the Lavender Leche candles. It was great because their was a sale going on 2 candles for 35$. Also, you can bring back your used candle glass and exchange it for a new candle which is really cool! Another product I've tried was the exfoliant, which also has its effect on reducing the marks on my stomach as well and it makes my skin smooth and pores free. However, I recently had some issues with my auto-refill prescription at the pharmacy here. This pharmacy is usually really on top of things but for whatever reason my prescription took a week to fill. It was marked as "in process" on November 25th and wasn't ready until December 2nd. Luckily, it's a prescription I can live without but for others, this could've probably been a life or death situation. There were no updates on the website or through the automated robot when I called. To top it all off, I tried calling THREE separate times to try to get through to a real human being. I called all at different times and different days in the hopes of catching someone but each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The third time I called, I finally got through to someone and asked about the prescription status. She took 1 minute to check on it and said it'd be ready in an hour.... I don't know why it took so long for this common prescription to be filled or why it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. It makes me think the prescription had been sitting there all along and no one had taken the steps to mark it as ready for pick up. I really hope I don't have to deal with this issue again!

I have been on hold for an hour and a half....This is a daily thing. They will tell you that your meds are ready then you get there and its oh give us 20 minutes..nevrt fails. My massage experience was top level! I have had about 10 massages in my lifetime, so I have a base to compare with. I appreciated that the room was clean, relaxing, and the perfect temperature. My massuer, Christian had excellent communication skills. I felt that he expertly massaged away the pain that brought me in while continuously checking in on my comfort. He was very attentive, pressure sensitive, and fluid in his movements. Highly reccomend! Will be returning personally

The massage therapist, Janine, who is also the owner was very curt to me when letting me in. She just walked away and I followed her to a desk area where she handed me a form to fill out. Nothing friendly about her. Once she directed me to a room to undress, which took me only a minute, I was lying on the bed for almost 8 mins before she came in. I had paid for an hour long massage with reflexology but looking at the clock, by the time she was done, it had only been about 48 mins. The room is not the most comfortable as I've enjoyed more dimly lit places where you can enjoy the relaxing massage - this room was full of sunlight. No calming music played and the loud humming of the AC was distracting. While massaging my neck, I kept feeling Janine's jagged nails digging into my skin making it quite uncomfortable. I've had way better massages while this was barely mediocre to me. Not a great place or massage therapist from what I experienced and I don't ever plan on coming here again.
