I have to say that we will keep returning for grooming because of our experience with Priscilla. She has been so wonderful in working with a very nervous and reactive dog. Her patience and warmth has allowed him to get much needed services and feel better and look so handsome. She deserves a raise! All of this is in addition to her general kind demeanor, courteous phone communication, and just overall welcoming attitude. The other staff I've encountered in the grooming area, and at the checkout registers have also been wonderful. This is a retail location we will keep coming back to. I couldn't be happier with her services. She was on time and followed what we talked about to the exact point. Because we had back to back trips I had to schedule a 3 hr in house pup- sitter. This time we had Kourtney she was always on time. She played, walked and gave Solo hugs and cuddles for their time together. Both Lora and Kourtney were great with Solo. Well, my finger is healed and I went back in and dropped it off. Less than 24 hours later and I have my ring back. It looks absolutely amazing and there is no way to tell it was ever cut. They still went to the work to do it, but when I specifically bring something in for a stain, if you can't get it out at a bare minimum, you should let me know that you weren't able to get it out. There was a third occasion I went to bring something into them - a cushion cover to a chair seat bottom- and he told me that he could not clean it because his machines could not basically handle the item something. When Coastal Colors called me on the phone about it, Greg quoted me a cost of between 200 and 400 dollars (only the parts were under warranty so the cost was for labor only). I thought that was kind of high but had no idea how long it would take (and neither did he) so I told him OK. I was thinking he probably charges by the hour. However, that was not the case, unless he charges $400 an hour. He had a helper with him which all he did was fetch tools. From the time they got to my house until the time they completed the job was right at 55 minutes. I was a little shocked and disappointed when he told me it was $400 and 30 dollars tax totaling $430 for a 55 minute job that didn't even come with a warranty for the workmanship.
