Lucien called his team and found Dillon, who was close by and able to come out quickly. Dillon was very friendly and competent. He quoted me $200 for a house call...very standard for the area. Dillon uncovered the faulty circuit breaker. He cleaned it as good as he could that afternoon and returned the next day with a brand new "contemporary style" breaker which he installed. Problem fixed! Prompt, clean, efficient and friendly. Who can ask for more? The $200 service call included the new circuit breaker. If I ever have another electrical issue, I'm only calling the team at Laguna Electric.

I called Mike to have three (3) ceiling fan insulations for my home, but it addition, Tristynn was able to fix an electrical problem with my air conditioner, find and correct improper wiring issues with my fuse box which the house construction electricians had sloppily overlooked, and explain the background of each issue in a manner which was clear and easy to understand. Since Tristynn was doing such a great job, I got him to install a wall charger for my EV, on the same day, at a competitive price. Furthermore, Tristynn took extra time from his busy schedule to run to The Home Depot to obtain some electrical parts that he needed to execute a proper finish to the job. He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. They were so honest and upfront about what we should do and the advice was that what we have is good but they can upgrade us however it was going to cost X. We told them we cannot upgrade at this time but they were so helpful they let us know exactly what we can buy on our own and have our contractor install the items as part of the remodel. Anything we ever need in the future, I am calling this company. They are not the least expensive option out there but they are very fair, very honest, and I have no doubt they will do excellent work and stand by it. Highly recommend !!
