The chopped brisket is hot and savory with a healthy dollop of sweet sauce: the pulled pork is given the same treatment, although it could have had a bit more BBQ sauce, but the pork is tender and juicy. Portions are generous and we each have enough for lunch tomorrow! If you want good good BBQ and you don't need a sit-down indoor atmosphere, get you some of Buck N Dink's!

The cornbread wasn't my favorite, and everything was too saucy for me. But the sauce was good. Next time, I'm going to ask for sauce on the side. The pork belly was juicy and falling apart, but the collard greens were very vinegary. If the sauce hasn't been so sweet, the collard greens would way too sour. Although I had my nitpicky comments, I can see myself coming back every month. The pork belly was really wonderful, and I suspect next time will be even better with sauce on the side.
