Not worth it. They charged me for a key fob that didn't work. The technician said try again the…read morenext day and it still didn't work. All he said was I told you. Refused a refund. Totally incompetent totally unprofessional technicians. I was charged an additional $60 for cut codes because the tech couldn't figure out the key cuts. $230 total. I think this company is a collection of different companies, but the one that came to me was from Lead Locksmith, named Waj.

I came here to replace a set of car keys. After talking to Nelson for several minutes and me asking a bunch of dumb questions, I set up time to get a new set of keys. I also had another set of keys (of course or how else would I drive there) where the buttons literally fell out and we lost them. In about 45 minutes, I got a brand new set of keys and a replacement for the other broken set for at least $60 less than getting a new set from a dealer. If I need keys (or safes - because they have a bunch), I will certainly come back here.

This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. The first time I used them was on a whim when my locks were failing on a Sunday night around 8 pm. (Perfectly unlucky time). The websites of many locksmiths stated they were 24 hours, but when I called they were unable to help.
