She's watched me grow from an angsty teen, to a slightly less angsty young adult, as well as grow in height. She's helped me with many tough life situations including my anxiety and depression, to very small day to day situations where I had trouble making decisions. I was never judged or made fun of, and she always kept a professional attitude, while also giving me the hard facts that I need to hear. She recently moved to private practice, so I will be meeting with a new therapist soon within this staff. I plan to stay here because of the kind treatment, and accommodating appointment times. That 1 star review seems to be an anomaly because every person (and dog) I've encountered at Perspectives Therapy has been nothing but amazing to me.

Appointments were difficult to get and were constantly changing (due to their schedule, not mine). If you are looking for a therapist, it means you need help and its better if that help can be reliable and not always a month or more away. It just got to be ridiculous.
