They said "It is the patients responsibility to go over this with their insurance before they come to the appointment. " Not even a hint of care or concern about the negative impact this will have on our family. Terrible experience, worse after care, and makes me feel cheated and swindled. All sessions felt like a waste of time and my child and myself gained nothing from it. It was disheartening and I wish I had pulled him out sooner to go where we are at now. Almost a year went by and absolutely no progress. The therapists were always late at the start time and early to get us out. The turnover of staff is shocking; we've changed therapists numerous times so essentially we had to start all over again with each new, inexperienced person. The worst though is definitely the billing, it's absolute mayhem. I am currently still dealing with incompetent employees at this place and it has actually gotten worse.
