I was so excited to finally get help. I had my hopes up so high for my recovery, but this place…read moremade it so bad. I had an appointment tonight w Kristen and at first it was ok. I had been to therapy before but i wasnt ready for help until now. I was so proud of myself. After wrapping up everything that has happened to me, she said something very concerning. Therapy is suppose to be a safe place, a place of comfort and say whatever you want. She felt after i let out years of emotion that she was going to tell me that she "needed to ask people some questions regarding legal matter." I had finally let out my pain and the last thing i want to do is essentially "reboil" the pain back and that it what she did. I didn't feel safe or comfortable or relieved. I walker out of that office feeling worse than I did before. I don't recommend this place to quite frankly anyone who needs help.

I explained I had been there before and wanted to see the same doctor to get prescription refilled or perhaps changed. She asked me what condition he saw me for. And was rudely informed the doctor does NOT refill prescriptions, I honestly felt like they were treating me like some drug addict. When all I needed was to talk to him about my ED and if their was a stronger or different alternative to Viagra. Extremely unprofessional, cruel and goes against ethical medical practices in my opinion.

From Kim, their gal Friday at the front dest, to Nick, Vito, Noah, Alec, Chloe, Rachel - every single P/T tech is spot on. Couldn't have asked, or wished for a more sensitive, knowledgeable, Doctor of physical therapy. This man is truly a master at P/T manipulation. I have no more back aches, shoulder problems etc. I have P/T down in Pinehurst NC this last winter and by comparison, it was like going to a flower arranging class - delicate feather like manipulations. Just for the record I'm sticking with Dr Nick in Novi

I am deeply disappointed with how this practice handled billing for my son. To provide context: we…read morehad a phone call with one of their therapists to see if they would be a good fit for my son, an initial consultation to determine availability and compatibility. Their schedule did not work for us, so we moved on. That was the end of it, or so I thought. Months later, I began receiving bills for services I was never informed would be charged. My son never received therapy here. We never came in for an in-person appointment. I called and spoke with Rose, who said she would follow up with the therapist and get back to me. I never heard back. When another bill arrived, I called again. Rose then escalated to the office manager and that's where things went completely sideways. The office manager immediately had an attitude and insisted I had come in for an evaluation. I told her clearly: I was never at your West Bloomfield office. This was entirely by phone. Instead of listening, she proceeded to repeat back private, personal information I had shared with the therapist, essentially using sensitive details about my son's situation to try to prove I had been there. That is a serious concern. She then threatened to "pull the cameras" to show I was there. Please do. Because I was never there. I'll be honest, I did raise my voice. After being spoken to with an attitude, having my concerns dismissed, and having my son's private information thrown back at me, I got frustrated. I am human. She then hung up. I am a parent who has been working hard to find the right therapist for my child. I have had many initial phone consultations and have never been charged for one. The lack of transparency about fees, the aggressive response when I raised a legitimate concern, and the handling of sensitive information in that conversation were all completely unacceptable. I will be following up further.
