I am highly disappointed with my experience dealing with Moriah Brackett, the Vice President at Blossom. Unfortunately, she displayed a lack of professionalism and showed little regard for my concerns as a parent. Despite several attempts to address questions about my child's care, she refused to set up a meeting or engage in any meaningful discussion in person or over the telephone. Ms. Brackett's approach is impersonal, and I believe she is not qualified for her position. It appears her role may be the result of personal connections rather than merit. Her demeanor comes across as condescending, and her actions suggest that profit is prioritized over genuine care for the families they serve. Everything feels like a financial transaction rather than a partnership in care, this VP also takes sides with her staff with-out having a professional meeting with the parents involved, which is completely unprofessional and unethical. I will go that extra step with the state of Michigan to make sure this company is reported for filling me as a parent And will prompt a investigation ASAP In addition, I have concerns about potential unethical practices, and I will be reporting the company for what I believe to be insurance fraud and also with the state of MI, I strongly advise against sending your child to this facility. You may regret the decision as I have. Once again, I will be contacting the state of Michigan and also the insurance company for a prompt investigation.
