It also gave me relief from the chronic tension I carry in my upper back and shoulders. I have had these issues for over 45 years and hypnotherapy works so well! With her help, it was easy to retrain the way my body reacts to anxiety. I can now easily apply these tools in any stressful situation. I wish I had known about hypnotherapy sooner, as now I'm in control of my body and my tummy issues have vastly improved. My daughter was a client of Devon's early last year with the same amazing results. Devon is very professional and highly skilled. She is an amazing hypnotherapist with a very calming presence. She makes you so comfortable each session and provides you with specific tools you can easily use to give you the peace desired by your mind and body. I felt so completely relaxed after each session, and I was always in total control of my mind (for anyone concerned thinking they have to be hypnotized). I am so grateful for my experience with Liliya at Holistic Solutions Center. She has helped me in…read moremore ways than I can count physically, emotionally, and mentally. With her care and guidance, I was able to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy, sustainable way. She has also supported me through gallstone issues and other internal health concerns, always approaching everything with patience, compassion, and true understanding. What stands out most to me is how she doesn't just treat the symptoms she cares for the whole person. My mental and emotional well-being improved so much under her care, and I always felt truly heard and supported. If you are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you heal and live a healthier, more balanced life, I can't recommend Liliya enough. She has made such a positive difference in my journey, and I am so thankful for her.

I've debated on writing this review because I truly believe Liliya has genuine care for patients…read more However, when thinking about the misguided medical advice and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I spent, I feel the need to strongly advise women 35 and older to avoid her practice.  I don't want anyone else to waste time and money like I did.  I came to Liliya in an attempt to find relief from extreme anxiety, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, and migraines. After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause. We're not talking about some obscure disease that no one has heard of.  We are talking about menopause. A period of life that every woman goes through if she lives long enough. With the symptoms I was experiencing, this should have been one of the first, if not the very first thing ruled out before going through the crazy litany of potions she continued to sell me for months on end. I urge others to seek a practitioner who can effectively address hormonal issues and provide comprehensive care. The time and money I wasted on Liliya's treatments were infuriating.

Exie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. I was shocked (in a good way!) that the consultation before the massage was quite thorough and did not cut into our hour of massage time. I hadn't experienced this anywhere else; the amount of time you pay for at Tranquil Touch is the amount of time that you are actually on the table being massaged. Exie was very receptive to what type of massage I wanted, any injuries I had, and what areas were causing problems, and tailored the session to meet those needs. She made me feel very comfortable, both physically and emotionally. I can't recommend her more highly!

She has a prenatal table with a cutout/basket to support the belly, so I was able to lay on my stomach for the first portion (at 38 weeks pregnant this is the best thing ever!) I went in with a lot of tension, soreness, and stiffness in my hips and low back (pretty typical pregnancy aches and pains) and left feeling very close to normal and tension-free. I've also had more energy all day since receiving the massage. The office is decorated really nicely - clean, modern, and calming. She played relaxing music during the massage and the temperature was very comfortable in the room. Her location is easy-to-find and there was a reserved parking space for massage clients just outside the door. I plan to return for a post-natal massage and highly recommend Exie's massage services to all pregnant women looking for some relief and relaxation.
