Rosewater croissant and artichoke spinach cheese danish
Chelsey V.

First time coming here since the new ownership as this was the old Enchante bakery. Love that they kept the rosewater croissants because they were my favorite! Very innovative pastry selection (usually early hours of the day you can choose between 10 or so options) they have a menu as well as standard tea and coffee drinks. The seasonal drink menu is amazing! Very creative and delicious! Very glad the new ownership kept the charming French villa vibe and the dedication to delicious handmade pastries!

Cute little coffee shop with a great selection. Great, attentive staff. Baked goods and specialty drinks seemed a little pricy, but the quality makes up for the price. Note this establishment is card only.

This place was so cute and had such a cozy vibe on the inside! Decorated very cute & has lots of seasonal options and yummy pastries. They had a matcha glaze croissant donut and a blackberry glaze option that looked so good! I got the seasonal "Autumn in Paris" option and it was very tasty; very smooth espresso taste with just the right amount of sweetness!

This is a cute little coffee shop on Main St. that recently opened (or re-opened with a new name). The athletic inside is vintage and seems like a small coffee shop you'd find in Paris! The honey, lavender, vanilla latte was great and service was quick! I sat outside and while this isn't the business' fault, we did have quite a few people come up to us asking for cash, so I wouldn't quite say the ambiance outside is the best compared to what sitting inside would be like. Also, parking was hard to find, I parked behind CVS next door.

This is a coffee shop that does not have a bathroom for customers. Not sure this is up to code or just bad business.

I ordered a Honeycomb Cortado with the addition of cherry blossom syrup (lavender was also an option).

My Winner of Best Restaurant Week Meal 2026…read more I hadn't been back to Westport Cafe for a few years but now I'm kicking myself because I've been missing out! I remembered this restaurant being one of my favorites in years past . For some reason it fell off my radar. Now it's shining like a beacon of fine dining French inspired cuisine in Westport, an entertainment district known for a more casual environment. If you are looking for a special date night meal, somewhere for a girls night or just for a treat yourself dinner I would highly suggest Westport Cafe. Let's talk about this incredible restaurant week menu. First was the deconstructed crab cake (which is always on the menu) I would order this dish again and again. The way it was presented was a work of art. All the components were complex and it was fun to eat. It has such an essence of crab without the heaviness deep fried crab cakes usually have. Seafood is special here because the Trout Almondine was one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. It begs to be added to the menu. The sauce was buttery and rich with nutty notes, the citrus cut through the richness so, it didn't seem heavy. The fish was cooked impeccably, I literally had no notes. They know what they're doing in that kitchen! And you know if I can rave about green beans then it was a perfectly executed dish. They had such a nice snap and vibrant green color, they were delicious dipped in that sauce. I cannot wait to go back for another solo splurge meal. This was my second dinner of the evening so I didn't make it to dessert at the restaurant but, I did take it to-go. I'm not a big dessert girl so, it wasn't very memorable however, the rest of the meal is engrained in my mind. I remember back a few years ago I used to go crazy for the muscles here so, I can't wait to sample them again. Also, just a note any menu that has rabbit on it just completes me. It's so hard to find nowadays in Kansas City and it's one of my favorite meats to indulge in. The menu rotates seasonally (as one should) so, I need to rush back in soon before the rabbit leaves. I would suggest you rush in too, I do not think you'll regret it.

I originally wanted to try their tamales, but saw they had chilaquiles, which is an authentic breakfast choice in Mexico, so I should know. The chilaquiles with two over easy eggs were so authentically close, which the avocado exception because chilaquiles don't have avocado slices, but this wasn't a deal breaker, and in fact added more tasty protein to the mix. I really enjoyed the chilaquiles breakfast here and so did my husband. What was even more special was that it went wonderfully well with their coffee here. They have excellent java at this place.

The red sauce it came with was super good though and had a little bit of heat. I went there to read a book, and I did find that there weren't a lot of good 'lounge' seating options that I could see. The upstairs had an outdoor lounge chair that was cushioned but still not super comfortable. This place might be better to go and get work done at a table rather than sit down with a book and read for a couple hours, I still am looking forward to coming back but I do think with that in mind it will affect my decision on when I go though.
