I felt he was very thorough in reviewing her case and came up with the best possible options. My one daughter had a tooth laying on the side and a missing front tooth that never formed. I got recommendations to have surgery to wait until she is 18 and have a permenant implant. Dr Buchart was able to move the tooth up and move the other teeth so you cannot even tell there was a missing tooth. All 4 of my daughters now have beautiful smiles. Dr. Buchart also took my dental insurance and was the least expensive for what the insurance did not pay. His staff is always friendly and professional. It is easy for me to say, look closer at other orthos before choosing with this practice! If you must, cause this guy IS good, go with Invisalign!!! This review is not intended to hurt this practice, but you have to know what you are in for. The doctor does do great work but I felt left in the dark over my experience as he doesn't share any clincheck information. Doc expects patients to remember everything from the first visit years prior. So take notes. It would be helpful if the office actually stuck to its schedule. Best of luck if your kid breaks a bracket. You may not be able to get help when needed cause you never know which office will be open, which times, or days. Expect to leave messages that may or may not get returned. Also ask what type of appointment you have, cause they expect you to wait an hour and not tell you. Two locations with one doctor is a pretty obvious red flag that I learned the hard way. My treatment had to be extended due to how bad the office is run. resulting in keeping some trays hostage when it was time to move on. At the end of your treatment, be prepared for a large balance (not including the $500 over night trays) despite on time perfectly scheduled payments that should conclude at the end of this very specific time framed situation.
