From the beginning there was great communication. Jordan, Chris and Juan were wonderful to work with. They did absolutely everything within their power to locate and design the panels to be aesthetically pleasing as well as effective. They sent us aerial shots of how they were going to design the panels so there was no confusion. We live on acreage and wanted to maximize exposure but not create a eyesore from any of our many windows. When we had a necessary delay due to personal issues they were very understanding and held off the work until it suited us. Grant was an exceptional representative in customer service I'm not sure I have ever met anyone who worked as hard and was as patient. He flawlessly communicated and followed through every step of the way. So many people involved and so many moving parts in a solar transaction. Called and left multiple messages with no call back. They might be out of business but the number still answers.

It seems like the business is gone. Website no longer there, emails bounce and the voice mail is not something you expect from a service provider (does not say who it is) and then no call back. This is a big problem for those that have bought systems from them and have valid warranties. read more

Darren spent a lot of time with us answering our extensive and detailed questions because we knew very little/nothing about how solar operates, inverters, batteries, PGE pitfalls, PUC political threats, buying and selling solar power from the grid, transformer issues, solar power system Kw measurement standards, and other complexities. Now we know a lot more because of Darren, his patience, his knowledge, and his multiple visits to our Ranch headquarters office. This was all before we signed the Solar Quotes system installation contract delayed by attorney issues. Darren also provided us some new and apparently valuable information (unknown to two other solar companies) as to the significant probability that we could receive PGE solar system residential-status approval of a PGE-Ag-designated water-well building within our residential Ranch headquarters. That small building ONLY pumps and provides water to residences within our Ranch headquarters. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with Darren. We are confident that he and Solar Quotes can speed our solar system installation approval process along so that we can beat the hasty 2022 PUC system-installation deadline allowing the historic Adobe Ranch to solar-operate for 15 years under the profitable 2021 solar protocols so important to our success. read more

I was nicely greeted by Kristin and told her I had a few questions. She quickly transferred me to Darren. He honestly helped me so much and answered all my questions that I had about their panels. Cameron turner was an excellent sales representative. I submitted an interest form online and he reached out to me. He was very informative about Solar and we have a full understanding of how solar work and what we are financially responsible for. He gave honest responses. He discussed the differences of each Solar purchase methods which I like because we as homeowners can make informed decisions. He sent out knowledgeable roofing technicians to inspect our home. Unfortunately our home is old and the structure did not support solar panels. He gave us varies options for financing the roofing costs. At the end of the day we decline Solar because we just have too much problem with the home. Cameron followed up with us, he answered all my questions, and very pleasant to work with.
