Transform Power just put in a huge ground mount system for my new home in De Luz (Temecula). Additionally, they put in 3 Tesla EV chargers at my house as well. From the very beginning, everyone at Transform Power that I interacted with, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Additionally, Transform Power's prices are very competitive. I had the good fortune of being able to work with the President of Transform Power, Jared Slusser. Jared was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jared met me at my property multiple times throughout my solar system installation and my EV chargers installation. He was always very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and ensured I understood all the details of my solar system and my EV chargers. Additionally, Jared treats his crew with respect and professionalism and he is right there working alongside his crew! I admire and appreciate the way in which Jared runs Transform Power and how great his crew is. Speaking of Jared's crew, I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Glaser, a Transform Power solar energy advisor, who like everyone else at Transform Power, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Within one week of signing up with Transform Power, Jared and his crew had completely installed my solar system with it up and running and immediately saving me money. And again, I had a very large complicated solar system put in. My solar system has continued to run flawlessly and Jared and his crew have checked in with me multiple times since the installation. Jared and his crew communicated with me every step along the way. They were responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. They also followed up with me after the installations to make sure I understood all aspects of my solar system and my EV chargers. This is the second solar system I've had put in. I did not know about Transform Power for my first solar system. I wish I did, because the difference between that solar company and Transport Power is night and day. There's no better solar company than Transform Power. I can 100% confidently say that you will be extremely happy if you go with Transform Power. There is no other company even remotely close to them. I'm eager to recommend Transform Power to friends and family because I know that Transform Power will make me look good on my recommendation because they're going to take fantastic care of whoever I recommend them too. Go with the best. Go with Transform Power. You will not be disappointed you did and after you go with them, you too will be eager to recommend them to anyone who needs solar! -Nick, De Luz (Temecula)

Luckily they do both and went with them as their quote was competitive (including reinstalling the solar panels) and knew that they were the experts with handling our solar panels. It looks like previously, we had our bird guard lazily put up with huge gaps that did not keep the pigeons away. We agreed to not only solar panel cleaning, but also redoing the bird proofing. I gotta say, I love the transparency and the quality of their work. Curtis was super kind to my wife and explained everything to her. He would show updates through video and pictures so you're always updated on what's happening. They were so nice to even provide a "neighborly discount" for the solar panel cleaning, since we decided to get the bird proof done. For the value, I would say go with it. Don't go with really cheap bird proofing because that really came to bite us at the end. The cost was very reasonable. Trust me, these guys know whats up.

Unfortunately, we later discovered that the existing six panels were not significantly reducing our electric bill, and we also began experiencing issues with the system. That is when Pacific Sun stepped in and truly made a difference. Manny visited our home, carefully assessed our situation, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. After receiving a quote from Pacific Sun and discussing our options as a family, we decided to move forward with one of their proposals. We did consult a few other companies, but Pacific Sun ultimately stood out due to their consistently excellent reviews and professional approach. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized. The team was always proactive and communicative, and within about a week, our new solar system was installed. We were extremely happy with the results. Although we encountered an unexpected issue with SCE that required our system to be deactivated for nearly two months, Pacific Sun remained fully engaged and on top of the situation the entire time, ensuring everything was handled properly. We would like to sincerely thank Francisco, Elvis, Juan, Jaime, and Steve for their outstanding work during the installation. Manny also deserves special recognition for his guidance and oversight throughout the process. Lastly, and most importantly, we want to thank Devin, who was the heart and soul of this entire experience and our main point of contact. Devin demonstrated incredible patience in answering all of our questions, managed every technical detail, and worked diligently to resolve the discrepancy with SCE. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Every team member we met from Pacific Sun was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Our solar system is now fully operational again, and we are thoroughly enjoying the benefits. If you are considering a new solar system or an upgrade, I highly recommend reaching out to Pacific Sun for exceptional service and support.
