First she was late opening up the store. Second she bloched my contouring which bloched my blush. I asked her about fixing it and she took a sponge to my cheek but that did nothing!! When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, & knowledgeable about services and products making recommendations and answering any questions clients may have. The managers do a great job training the part time staff. I have a service animal and this is definitely a "happy place" to take a break after errands appointments. And "The Guy" is the best!!

They offer no appointments, which helps with the flow, and they seem to be able to get more people in to tan. I've tanned twice, and never waited longer than 5 minutes to get in, so it's hardly an inconvenience. The staff members that I have met are all young, but very professional and informative. I only tan before vacation to prevent burning, so I'm not really an expert on tanning salons, but this place will be my "go to" before I "go" anywhere.

Her soothing music and gentle touch made me feel more relaxed than I have in ages, and whatever she was doing felt so good, I didn't want it to end. I mentioned I was going to try to color my eyebrows when I got home to cover the gray, and she trimmed them and colored them for me.
