She was unprofessional taking a phone call on speakerphone DURING my pedicure. She talked on the phobe while doing my feet. She totally butchered my toenails leaving them uneven and jagged. My right toenail split whike I was waiting on my granddaughter to get done. They trimmed that off and I told her she didn't clip my pinky toe either. After getting home I realize my left big toe She cut below the quick on the corner then left it like that cut deep. I went back in and they acted as if ot wasn't a big deal. My toe hurts terribly now and my feet look horrible. 75 bucks plus a 20 tip. Unacceptable! My feet feel and look worse than before I went! Beware!
