My actual nails were in very rough shape. We decided to just cut them off and start from scratch. We all got a good giggle after the l-o-n-g acrylic nails were attached and I tried to figure out how and why any one could be functional with such l-o-n-g nails. I appreciate the time the technician took to build-up, shape and apply the polish. The atmosphere was calm even though several people were there when I arrived. There was quiet conversations going on throughout the room. Even the pricing board was easy to read; there was a noticeable and very readable signage about the convenience fees that would be applied if you pay with credit/debit card. Thanks for the great work and the enjoyable time. I'll be back for a pedicure in a couple of weeks.

I've been waiting for 40 minutes. They will bring you in and have someone take your nail polish…read moreoff. Then they will move you to a different seat to have someone do the same thing ... then! Finally the person who was going to do my nails sat down. She was consistently answering the phone until another woman came in that needed a repair - she STOPPED my nails and went straight to her. I was so mad at the poor customer service that I left but not before they charged me $20. Basically paid that to have my nails filed. I get that sometimes you have to wait to get your nails done but it's completely ridiculous to stop someone's nails to help someone who just walked through the door. Wasted an hour of my lunch and my nails look worse then they did when I came in!! I won't be back.
