I've called around salons in town some didn't return my call so I'm guessing they were closed during COVID. I was so depressed with my grey hair when someone at Walmart thought I was a senior citizen (I'm only 46). When I called the salon, I spoke with Lori and we agreed to do a color consult. I came in and we agreed on colors for the appointment. God Bless Lori, she changed my hair from 4 inches of a grey crown with blonde to a glorious hip color. The cut and color was a complete 180 in degrees as far as confidence goes. Bonus is that my husband can't stop staring at me, lol!

I went in wanting highlights, The tech told me in order to get it to blend I needed to get it colored instead. I reluctantly went along with her. Then she said that she has to charge me an extra $20.00 because I had long hair. I said yes, but I only wanted my crown area done. She didn't budge. Then I had to sign a waiver or she wouldn't do my hair. Waiver said that I couldn't hold her or REGIS CO. liable if I was unhappy with my services. After she was done doing my color she asked if I wanted my hair blow dried? I asked if there's a charge and she said yes, $10.00. I said the only way you can see the true color was if the hair was dry, so I had to get the hair blow dried. Soooooo, $100.00 later you can barely see a difference in my hair color. Plus I got a botched haircut!!! I can't do anything because I signed the waiver!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!! I wish I hadn't let her talk me into color instead of highlights!!!!

My hair is approximately just above my shoulders in a layered cut. It is nice that you can just pop in when you have the time, without making an appointment! The first time I went Brianna (hope that is spelled right) cut my hair, she did a good job and was pleasant to talk to. The next time I went, was hoping to have Brianna again, but she was not working that day. So my second visit Melody cut my hair, she did a good job also. Melody was friendly and also pleasant to talk to, Brianna was a little more bubbly and upbeat. They apparently work different days on different weeks... The reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is simply because the shop could stand to be updated a bit. I would recommend both Brianna and Melody, they both were equally talented and friendly. Melody told me if you wanted a certain person, you would need to call and check their schedule. I will be happy the next time I go if either of these ladies are working!
