When I questioned the charges, they simply threw the warranty at me and pointed to the line saying refrigerant isn't covered -- as if that excused a failure that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Their original bill came to $1,750 for a problem that wasn't ours to begin with. Being charged for someone else's mistake just doesn't sit right with me. I asked multiple times for the service manager to call me so we could discuss the charges. He didn't call until two weeks after the repair was already completed. He claimed he had called several times, but after checking my call log, he had only called once -- and didn't leave a message. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and communicates honestly, you may want to look elsewhere.

This company was spot on with everything and their prices were the lowest of my 4 bids. But even if they hadn't been the lowest, I probably would have gone with them anyway, just because of the way Bill approaches his business. The installation was on time, on budget, and everything worked great. We could not have been more pleased. Three weeks later, our home burned to the ground in the Holiday Farm fire. Within days, Bill reached out to express his sympathy and concern - and he offered to refund the profit he made on our project because he didn't feel right profiting from an installation we weren't able to enjoy anymore. We were very appreciative of his offer, but declined. He did a great job and we felt that he deserved whatever profit he had earned. We didn't reconnect with Bill at all the next 6 months - we weren't even thinking about the loss of the ductless units anymore. Then, on March 15th - out of the blue - we received a letter, a heartfelt letter, from Bill about how he's been thinking about us and wanting to do something to help. The letter brought tears to our eyes. Along with the letter was a very generous check. He said that after running all his expenses on the project, he felt that the least he could do was to give us this gift. This was not asked for; not expected; not even imagined on our part. This is the kind of person we should all want to do business with. This goes beyond ethics or integrity or fairness. This was about caring. Also asked him to look at the old election panel that was located indoors, behind the refrigerator (80 yo home with a mediocre renovation before I bought it) He talked me through it. Offered suggestions. Even talked me through some electrical options for when I put a shop in. He was genuine with an awesome attitude and demeanor. Answered my questions and gave me realistic advise on what he would do if he were in my shoes. I spoke to a few others and knew immediately he was the best option. It was not a huge job but required replacing and modernizing the entire panel, switching it from indoors to the exterior, adding slots for future needs, and wiring in the HVAC unit. Would take a full day and involved several different jobs. Even though it was not the most complex, he was sincere and took it seriously. He had me a quote in less than a week. It was totally reasonable. 7-8 hours of work and it was more than fair. That included parts, labor, and they even went to the county for the permitting and made the appointment with Pacific Power to come shut the power off during installation. He and his guys came and got it all installed. It looks great. Almost a year out and I have not had a light even flicker. Appliances, lights, outlets. Stuff always works. I don't have to worry about the fire hazard or if my lights will turn on. They also added an outdoor plug too which I hadn't asked for. The Mini Split wiring install has not had any issues. His assistant was super responsive as well. I can't say enough. This house has a lot of problems but the electrical is solid because of Jason and the 360 crew.

So many issues with their installation. We had them install a unit and have issues all the time…read morewith it. It is under warranty, and when something goes wrong, they are in no hurry to find the parts. We had to chase them down to get them to honor the warranty, and they were unconcerned about leaving us without heat for 6-7 weeks in January. Now we have a new issue come up and they said it's only with one of the heads. And, as long as the back unit stays off, we should be able to have A/C until the new part comes again (who knows how long that will be given last time it was over a month). Two hours after they left, unit stopped working again. Another season where JCO leaves us hanging without a working unit. Quality of new install, customer service, and diagnostics have all been unsatisfactory. Update: JCO diagnosed the issue during their visit as requiring a new PCB. I ran the self-correction for the wiring on the unit myself and the issue was rectified. So, the issue was related to them miswiring things at the last maintenance fix, and then misdiagnosing the issue at their latest visit. It's also convenient that their diagnosis would have required us to pay them for additional maintenance.
