Only because I see the commercial on NBSBA 720. Our experience wasn't good with Solano Mortage. Let me explain: Not all Mortage lenders are for everyone. It seemed to us, Solano Mortage was looking for a easy, quick loan a 'slam dunk.' And that wasn't our situation. We needed to correct some issues before we could get the home loan. Solano Mortage blew us off for a year and we spent a ridiculous amount of money for a credit repair that Solano Mortage referred us to. After a year of wasted time. We finally found Caliber Home Loans and we bought our home. I guess Caliber Home Loans has the magic touch and Solano Mortage doesn't? We don't understand and it doesn't matter at this point. Your commercial on TV is very clever, cute and funny. Maybe, mortgage companies are like friends or marriages? You just need to find the right person/home loan company. Whenever I had a question they were always available and readily answered my question with the most accurate and understandable response. There was a period when I had questioned whether or not I was getting the lowest possible interest rate from them.
