Susan is the best! Truly a gem in her industry! Like so…read moremany other first time home buyers my husband and I had no clue about homeowner insurance. When buying our first home we just took whoever our loan officer suggested. Insurance is insurance right?! We were placed with another Farmers agent in Fairfield and never even seen or talked to him til my husband was involved in an accident. He was less than helpful and to be honest kinda felt like a used car salesman. It wasn't until I switched to Susan that I found out what a difference your agent makes. She did an in person evaluation of both home and car insurance. She gave advice on where we could save money but also told us where we were lacking in coverage. With all the fires it was nice to know that she cared enough to make sure that if anything were to happen, we'd be covered. If you need insurance and you want someone that cares, Susan is your girl!

Barbara and her team are true blessings and always explain any updates and changes very thoroughly to both my husband and myself, while letting us know about any updates, changes and such available to keep our family best insured . Any time we have a question they are able to answer in a timely manner. The rates I feel are very reasonable for the expertise Barbara and her team possess. They take the time to send cards during holidays and that's very appreciated and thoughtful. I'm very traditional aka old school so I look forward to the pocket calendar and desk calendar she provides each year because it's well thought out , sturdy with plenty of room to write ....And for paper and pen organized people like myself i look forward to saying hello to the absolutely sweet staff while picking something up that might seem so simple to others . It's about more than the calendar, it's how much they make you feel like family in good times as well as not so good times of life that might require insurance use. Feeling safe and secure in your decisions to protect your loved ones is the most important thing to trust someone with and everyone at her office are trustworthy and honest.

Overall, I couldn't be more touched or happy with the service I get from Barbara and her team.

A few years back, we were looking for a new insurance company to do business with. We had been with…read moreFarmers for thirty years. I had a guy hit me from behind at a stop sign. Tried to get my agent to help me with the claim. My first car accident. They wouldn't even return my calls and they raised their voice at me when I went to their office. Enough with those guys. I found an insurance agency in Napa called Compass of California. They took their time and went through my vehicles and then our home. After talking to Her, we found out that our home was under insured. Thank goodness we hadn't had a huge claim and lost our home. We would have had some serious problems getting paid. Now every year, we go over the coverages and make sure that if we lose our home to the wildfires , we will be able to build it back. We live in Sonoma County which is the wildfire capital of California these days. We've been evacuated almost every year since 2017. Our homeowners went up this past year due to the wildfires. I had number of calls with Compass and they got a cheaper quote but they recommended I stay with my current insurer because they felt like the cheaper company may be dropping Northern California because of the fires, in a year or maybe two. I know that they spent time checking my coverages and I feel like we are doing the right thing. We are really glad that we can still get homeowners insurance. Donald Batbie

Corrina is NEVER available to speak with directly it's always someone else in the office. I found out someone dropped the ball with my umbrella policy. Thank goodness nothing happened to my home during this period I was uninsured. All of my policies have been addressed and covered through another carrier including HO, Auto, Earthquake, and Umbrella. I have already purchased coverage through another carrier at a significantly discounted rate from what I was paying with State Farm. I do not want to deal with Corrina's office any further. Please understand it is not the office staff who I am dissatisfied with. They were all very pleasant to speak with. It is Corrina herself who either had someone else take her calls/appts or always being out of the office and unavailable when I called and not returning my call rather having someone else call me from the office. This is unacceptable. I need to know who I'm dealing with and not random staff relaying messages for Corrina. I cannot recommend this office for insurance needs.
