My wife and I have a long-standing tradition of spending New Year's week here, and honestly, it's where some of our favorite memories have been made. Solage is nestled right on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Calistoga, and the location is unbeatable--you're basically three minutes from downtown and a short, scenic drive from St. Helena and Yountville. The property itself is stunning. It's got that modern wine-country vibe with about 100 detached studios spread across 20-plus acres. When you're sitting in one of the natural hot spring pools or hitting the cold dips at the spa, it really does feel like world-class luxury. Between the mud slides, the gravity chairs, and the fitness classes, you can easily spend your whole trip without leaving the gates. The Food: Solbar is a must. We had the seven-course New Year's Eve prix fixe with wine pairings over numerous years, and each were equally unique and incredible. It's that perfect balance of farm-to-table "health" food and total comfort dishes. For something more low-key, Picobar by the pool has some of the best Baja-style tacos I've had in NorCal. Plus, the whole place is super dog-friendly, which is a huge win for us. The Experience & Pro-Tip: Definitely book through AmEx Platinum if you can. We used the Fine Hotels + Resorts program and snagged a $300 credit, a late 4 p.m. checkout, and an automatic upgrade. I will say, even "perfect" places have their off moments. This year, despite requesting a room close to the spa months in advance (and confirming twice), they initially tucked us away at the far edge of the property. I wasn't thrilled about hiking across 22 acres in my robe and sandals! I spoke with the front desk, and the concierge actually went back and reviewed my recorded calls to verify the request. They did move us about 30 minutes later to a spot half the distance away, though it lacked the private fenced patio and fireplace of our original booking. I was too tired to keep fighting it and just wanted to get to the spa, so I settled in. Despite that hiccup, the service and the atmosphere here remain some of the best in the world. We got married at Auberge Du Soleil, so we try to visit different Auberge Properties every year. We visited Solage and had a pleasant time, although compared to Stanly Ranch or ADS, Solage fell a bit short of expectations. Compared to Stanly, the rates for rooms were more expensive while I felt the Stanly offered a much better campus. Despite the comments about the campus, the food onsite was pretty good and the reviews will be posted in their respective pages. The room service could have been better as they missed delivery of the pre-ordered breakfast in the morning as the night shift didn't properly fill in the order request and didn't get placed, but the team quickly remedied the situation and delivered not too long after our original request time. The rooms were comfy with a good layout, but the garden out back were covered with fences and it didn't feel as freeing as Stanly Ranch's rooms where the back patio is uncovered. Overall, I'd visit Stanly or Auberge du Soleil when going back to the Napa area. read more

This review is only for the spa!! I snagged a sweet deal on resort pass for 1 spa day. Started the day with free easy parking and loved everything the minute I walked in! The spa is beautiful and zen. I decided to get a quick workout in before relaxing. The gym is quite modern and a decent size. There is a nice variety of equipment - you could make your own HIIT stations if you want lol. Once I showered and changed I headed out to the spa pools. It's so nice that they give recommended cycles to do based on your goal for the day! That way you know how to maximize and utilize all the different temperature pools, some with mineral water or magnesium, the steam room, and the infrared sauna which always heat to penetrate more deeply. I will definitely treat myself to another spa day here. read more

We had a lovely time at Solage. Our bungalow was excellent. The bed and linens were so comfortable and plush. Loved the ceiling fan, and the turn down service that included nightly flavored water. The welcome snack and wine was a nice touch. Shower was spacious and relaxing. Bathroom had great lighting and a makeup mirror. And a separate toilet closet, which is always great. The patio was nice as well. Only areas for improvement are the charging nightstands. Mine did not work. The hair dryer is also much lower quality than you'd expect for a room at this price. And the water takes minutes to get warm. The pool and spa are truly where this resort shines. The spa is super cool, because they have a sauna, steam room, and different types of heated pools with their own benefits. We rented a cabana by the pool, and had a relaxing afternoon. I think I expected a more luxurious room for the price. The resort is beautifully situated, has two great restaurants on site and a huge pool that I could spend a few days at relaxing. The room was a bit small and not well laid out, it was all open so the bathroom was not behind a door. There was only one sink, and the shower was really basic, no duel shower heads or settings for the shower. There was also no real sitting area in the room, and while the patio was nice, the two chairs on it were not comfortable and there was no lights or firepit to enjoy it at night. The bed was OK, but not the best, it was kinda soft and we both felt it in the morning, they also didn't have a pillow menu. The restaurants were both great, the tequila bar was also a nice touch and unique. The pool is one of the best in the area, large, lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. I'm a bit on the fence about this place, but I don't think I would stay here again unless I really wanted the pool. read more

Had a wonderful stay at Solage in December 2025. Staff made our birthday celebration special at every turn. Katherine at the front desk was super friendly and helpful at check in. I was amazed when I arrived to this property. Photos do not do justice not only is this property gorgeous, the weight staff is also incredible. Everyone is so attentive and very welcoming. This is the dog, friendly hotel, they are happy and love dogs here! There are plenty of activities for you and the kids to do. They also have a house car that will take you anywhere in Calistoga. If you would like to take out one of the Few Mercedes-Benz they have for four hours you can. The food is wonderful at this hotel as well! read more

Wine country is our backyard, so we've had a chance to check out a good number of the hotels in this approximate category -- Stanly Ranch, Carneros, Bardessono, Estate Yountville, Montage Healdsburg, etc. While there are a few negatives, Solage is still clearly our favorite and the one that calls to us time and time again. As a foodie couple with no kids who appreciate quiet / privacy: - We love that the Spa area is adults only. Can really get some quiet r&r whenever we want. - Private terrace for most rooms (except for base rooms), some with fire pit. Not sure if others care but this is *huge* for us, and a rarity. - Solbar is actually good -- it doesn't feel like a compromise for convenience to eat at the hotel. Dinner service is without exception top notch, and the food is always delicious, ambience always comfortable and romantic. Brunch is uneven (both food + service), but it's "good enough" and its also beautiful sitting out when the weather is nice. - A lot of the better food is further north (Charter Oak, Press + Under-study, Thomas Keller restaurants, etc) closer to Calistoga. The 20 minute food radius is hard to beat. - Rooms are charming, if a little lacking in luxury compared to some other places. Bathrooms could be a lot more spacious, for example. - Spotless rooms, great turndown service, always functional. - Pickleball courts are also a huge plus for us, it's fun to mix it up. - Gyms, great mix of cardio + weights, roomie enough. - Overall vibe: more fun and sunny, less stuffy and pretentious. It's hard to put your finger on it but Solage just nails the vibe thing that others don't seem to quite get right. - Generous with Amex FHR upgrades. We even got upgraded once on a Hotwire reservation. Thanks for not being stingy when you have vacancies. It's classy and that's how you build up super loyalists. If we had to nitpick - Service was always acceptable, but a bit uneven. Sometimes 5*, sometimes 3* / 4*. Places like Montage Healdsburg tend to be flawless end-to-end. This bothered us a little, and would be the only meaningful detractor for staying here in the future. - The rooms are not as luxurious and new as Stanly Ranch and Montage Healdsburg. It's noticeable. Even the soaps and shampoos seem not as nice as many other 5* establishments (Four seasons, Park Hyatt, etc). Overall it can feel like 4.5* but if you don't mind and go in with that expectation it's just fine. We like to mix it up depending on our mood (fun vs luxe), as well as comparative prices. - The biking around there is meh, but Calistoga is cute and more charming than Yountville in our opinion. We just don't like biking next to cars, it may not bother others. In contrast, Montage Healdsburg has an incredible bike route nearby. - Some rooms are a bit close to road, and others close to pool (when music can get loud), so if you're sensitive just indicate to them. All in, it is still the wine country favorite for us. read more

This is my first visit Spa Solage. It's absolutely fantastic experience. I got signature massage from Mel, was legitimately the best massage. She listened what I need. She is very sweet and amazing. I spent raining afternoon at the mineral hot pool and serenity magnesium pool. But a little upset with the steam room because it's not hot enough. I order Lobster roll for my lunch at solbar, it's was delicious. And we also dining for dinner here also. Start with Dungeness crab salad : Crab is fresh mixed with perfect ingredients and full flavor. Main course is short ribs, it's so tender and taste very good. Wild mushrooms is incredible also. The cottages are updated and some have a fireplace , with parking just outside. The restaurant was not 5 stars. However you're in a region where you have so many options. They need to upgrade their rusty bikes. They have coffee at the lobby till only 9AM . Yes they have coffee machines in the rooms. But I like coffee from a regular old fashioned machine. **EXCEEDED expectations*** Simply cannot say enough positive!! They accommodated our group of 63 Corvettes on less then 2 weeks notice, and it was FLAWLESS! Food was amazing, service was top notch, the property and grounds were gorgeous and immaculately kept! They ensured our group/guests were kindly guided in to reserved parking spots that had been roped off, so our Corvettes could stay together for the most perfect photo opportunities. We were then greeted and given direction on either dining facility (which was accomplished for me in less then 2 weeks notice thanks to Yasmin Cosens and Sean Murphy tireless efforts. I did a few "rounds" to ensure all our group guests were smiling and pleased before I sat down to enjoy my lunch, and was extremely happy to find out anyone I asked within our group was more then pleased with our accommodations, prompt service, top notch treatment and amenities as a whole. Suite 216. Oh how I loved Suite 216. Two giant bathtubs. Indoor and outdoor. Two gorgeous showers. Indoor and outdoor. An indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. The fluffiest, best bed. Does everyone get a place this amazing here? The first night we soaked in our own private giant outdoor marble bathtub for two under shooting stars. One shot a curveball. Shooting stars can arc? Maybe, only at Solage. There was a huge cart of flowers at the entrance. For us to make bouquets to bring back to our rooms. Stop it. There were five, no six - no eight - pools and jacuzzis. Clean and illuminated at night. Jets for your feet and all parts of your back. A magnesium pool for your muscles. Smoothies ordered poolside under a sunny and cloudless blue sky. A visiting butterfly. There was a masseuse named Lorianne who took me to another world and a facialist named Michael with 21 years of experience. He taught me things. Everyone here wants to help you relax. Thank you. There was a restaurant on property that made it so that we would ever have to leave. And why would we? It was either in-room dining by our fireplace or at SolBar for three nights. No regrets. We needed to spa-nest. It was amazing every time. If you come here with any jewelry, BEWARE. My family and I had been loyal guests of Solage for almost 15 years. 15! We even spent Christmas here the year my mom passed away. Over the summer, my Cartier bracelet was taken from my room and the hotel did NOTHING about it. They claim that they asked around and "no one saw it" so they couldn't prove anything therefore it would not be covered by their insurance policy and simply moved on. Imagine having multi-generational customers and writing them off just like that. I was hoping to come here with my kids someday and show them the beauty and tranquility of the property but all trust is gone now. What I'm most upset about is that they did not attempt to make it right or even offer to help partially replace my jewelry item. There was 0 accountability or remorse. They've lost my business and the business of my family members as well. The property has also gone downhill a bit and the last time we stayed here we noticed our sheets were yellowed as soon as we opened the bedspread. There was also a belligerent and drunk family at the pool shouting for hours and every single guest at the pool complained about them but the Picobar/pool manager didn't do anything about it. I even heard one guest mention they were leaving early due to the disturbance. Their kids were putting their mouths directly on the communal water cooler spouts and drinking from them (among other things). read more

The review is 17 months overdue. I Took my good friend here for her birthday in late Oct 2022. The property is beautiful and well-kept. I went all out to make sure her birthday was an amazing one. I booked a Fireside Garden Terrace King Studio for us two. The room was beautiful with a big patio and fireplace, but we didn't get to enjoy the patio much. The breakfast and drinks at the resort were delicious. The dirty Martinez is the best I ever had. The resort let us use their Mercedes Benz to drive around as needed for a few hours. If you need a place to relax, this property definitely will give you just that. The Four Seasons Resort is within walking distance if you want to change the scene. Their dinner and drinks are good there too of course. One thing to know this property is an hour away from the airport. We arranged transportation directly from the hotel so they were there when we arrived. Perfect little getaway and a place to pamper yourself. read more

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and have nothing but the best things to say. We enjoyed everything from the moment we pulled up in the driveway to checkout. The staff we encountered were so welcoming and helpful, in a casual, non-uptight way, which was refreshing. We came with our dog and he was allowed basically everywhere with us, even poolside. He's well behaved and quiet, but most resorts don't allow dogs by the pool regardless, so this was something we really appreciated about Solage. We stayed at the Four Seasons across the street last year (see my review on that) and would choose Solage in a heartbeat for future stays. My friend has stayed here several times and speaks highly of the food and she's definitely right. I don't think we ordered anything we didn't end up liking. Don't miss out on the breakfast at Solbar. The main pool area is large and perfect for families with kids. There's also an adults-only spa area that was peaceful and full of friendly guests. This is my second time going to the spa at Solage and both experiences were great. Went with a party of 4 this time for my friends birthday. Our massages started at 9am. I had a wonderful therapist. The grounds are beautuful. We sat out by the hot tubs and enjoyed 3 of the 5 pools. You have to try the cold plunge. We ordered food and drinks, they start serving at 11:45am. It was a nice and relaxing time. All of the staff were very friendly, even took pictures of us. I love how all staff members made sure we were okay. Re: Spa Indian Springs spa reservations were full, so we booked at Solage. My cousin and I booked the mud slide. Much to my surprise, there was no slide. It was sanitary, as we were given a small pail of new kaolin clay mixed with our choice of essential oil blend. I wished they had turned on the heat lamp in front of the bar because it was 60 degrees in the morning. The second step was a hot tub soak in Epsom salt. I'm glad I requested essential oils poured into the epsom salt. Our guide's name was Marina and she was fantastic. Charlotte was a great hostess as well. The third and final step was a relaxation room with our feet elevated above our hearts. I do wish the head of the chair was able to recline horizontally flat, as it hurt my back. The music inside the room was too loud to allow me to fall asleep, even though my headset was off. We paid $200 for the mud "slide" and an additional $50 for spa and amenities access. Minus one star because the magnesium pool was out of service. I did enjoy the saline hot tub and eucalyptus steam room. The spa was similar to The Four Seasons Maui, but with the magnesium pool out of service. However, The Four Seasons Maui allowed my husband to book a $50 spa access pass without a one hour service. At the Four Seasons Maui, if a bath tub was broken or had to be repaired, they gave some sort of credit or comp. Re: Picobar The food at Picobar was delicious and reasonably priced. The hostess wouldn't let the three of us dine on the patio sofa, but she let another couple with a baby dine there. That didn't seem fair. read more

Had a fantastic girls getaway here for a day to enjoy the pools, and the spa. We went before the lockdown. The reservation was booked months in advance, so keep that in mind for future planning. Always call to ask about what their rules are and if they can accommodate your party if you aren't going to stay overnight. My favorite part about our spa day here was the ambience of the place. Just very calm and relaxing, spacious, and bright. A tour was provided when we arrived, which I appreciated very much. The property itself was beautiful and I found myself just walking around throughout the area taking it all in, and just taking some quiet time to think and reflect. The pools were lovely. I had an hour massage, and it was fantastic. My massage therapist was very nice and made the experience feel relaxing and personal. The shower and locker facilities were outstanding. A special thank you to the staff for locating my wallet for me. I never lose anything, but I guess I accidentally left it inside my locker and I was about to leave the property without knowing I lost it. They tracked me down immediately before I left and made sure I got my wallet back. I would recommend this property for a special occasion such as an anniversary, birthday, or as part of a bachelorette celebration. It's definitely perfect for couples. Book a couples mud slide, pack a bathing suit, & let the magic happen. The mineral hot springs bathing area is beautifully designed for maximum enjoyment. A large central pool allows for swimming while side pools offer refreshingly brisk plunges in ambient & chilled water followed by soaking in giant jacuzzi-like springs if varying temperatures & mineral compositions. Booking a spa service allows guests to enjoy the geothermal bathing area the day of their visit. Afterward, I recommend a stop at Pico Bar for Baja small plates & amazing tequila & mezcal cocktails. It has its own Yelp page, as walk ins are allowed without needing to do a spa treatment first. Having a gender neutral changing or restroom option would be an important addition to the exceptional male & female areas. It would make the experience feel more inclusive to non-binary guests like me. My other piece of advice to the Solage team would be to upgrade their technology & sustainable energy storytelling potential. Improve the 3D audio options during the mud bath & soaking stages & add Oculus VR headsets to the zero gravity chair deep relaxation phase. Then, consider powering your infrared sauna & steam room with solar power & make Solage even better than it already is. Lead the way into a more mindful & sustainable future. I know you can do it. For a high end resort, this place has a lot to learn. Outside of the front desk staff which was attentive, the rest of the staff needs some serious training in customer service. I'll start w the pool staff which are prob the age where this is their first job so I can't blame them for the lack of. Waited over an hour for our food which came out cold. They open at 11am for pool service and had their staff meeting at 11:45, wtf is that? Aren't meeting suppose to take place before a place opens??? Went back in the evening for a drink before dinner and sat down at a couch after we had our drinks where w server approached us to tell us we weren't allowed to sit there if we weren't ordering food. I get that if it's busy, but don't tell me I can't sit somewhere when there are 10 other people in the entire area. Our room had an ant problem which I called about and was not fixed and to top it off, it was 1:30pm and had to call because no one had come by to clean up our room yet. Food takes forever anywhere you order from here we and the staff seems lost. I'll be staying at the Four Seasons across the street from here on out. My keys stopped working so I had to go to front desk at 10pm. Not one person there for 20 mins. The staff here provided the best hospitality & accommodations. Although, I would've preferred a larger amount of wine provided in my glass upon arrival, it was still appreciated. Also, outside near check-in, there is a cute flower cutting station where you can cut fresh flowers, & bring them to your room. I like the room I stayed in, especially how quiet & tucked away it was. I really enjoyed my spa experience. I had a massage & a facial. My facial with Micheal was the best! He took the time to analyze my face, & recommend the best facial to fit my needs. There are several pool options, with towels & lounge chairs ready. The food at the restaurant was also really good, the waitress we had gave really good recommendations as well. The rockfish was good, I'm glad I asked for the lemongrass broth on the side. A little of the sauce goes a long way. Overall, I had a great experience staying here & next time I will check out the yoga & pilates classes that are offered. They also offer day passes, but I think it's worth it to stay a day or more here! read more

I vacillate between "OK" and "Could've been better" for this review. I booked two nights for my birthday six months in advance at Solage. I expected a lot more for the cost of this place. It's December - it gets dark at night. The valet attendant was friendly, front desk was friendly. Trying to find my way to my studio in the dark was not easy - the signs are white with narrow black lettering and ambiguous directionals. Unless you have one of those external flood lights on your truck or police car, it's going to result in driving past your studio one or two times like I did. For the money that I spent - maybe someone could have offered to show me the way with a golf cart? IDK, but that would have been a nice gesture since none of the signs indicating studio/room numbers are lighted and are all at about the height of the cars parked in front of them. My room was chilly -- and it wasn't obvious how to fix that. I tried the decorative fireplace but that wasn't very warm. Didn't find the thermostat (on the wall by the mini bar) until asking at reception the next day. While I quite liked the layout of the studio / room -- there were just a lot of little details that made me wonder, why am I paying so much money to stay here? - smoke detector hanging by a wire directly over my bed. Solage responded quickly and got that fixed the next day, but still - why does it have to have a continuously lit green light directly over the face(s) of the people in the bed? - little lights everywhere in the light switches and other things around the room. With the blackout shades drawn, it was like a constellation of red and green lights. - turn down service was a let down - basically, housekeeping puts your slippers near the bed, pulls down the blankets, leaves a quart of tap water with an herb and two glasses with paper coasters. No chocolates or other perqs (IDK - maybe some actual flowers or a dish of ice and cucumbers for your eyes). - trash collection comes around 5am on Fridays; they are not the quiet type of trash collectors, but at least they were farther away from where I was sleeping than the trash collectors at 5am on Thursdays at my house. I did not expect to be awakened by dump trucks on Silverado Trail / Solage dumpster stations on my birthday. - King size bed is quite firm. Pillows are quite flat / soft. - Bath tub is quite a good size for my height (5'10") but I did have to keep running water for a nice hour long soak to keep the tub warm. - Shower was nice, only used it once. - Hair towels would be nice -- the only towels in the room were so thick and heavy that I couldn't keep one wrapped around my head, it just wouldn't twist up (longhairs - bring your own hair towel!) I thought it would be nice to hang out at my studio with my friend but there are not really comfortable chairs in the room to use when it's too chilly to sit outside on the little patio. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. It just felt really overpriced -- and the level of customer service was not greater than anything that I experienced at less costly accommodations. read more

Stayed here for 3 nights with the girls for a getaway. -Hotel grounds were awesome, our room came with an outdoor patio, fire pit, and water fountain. -Bikes are readily available throughout the resort and there's many local wineries you can bike to. -Best pools around. Between the main pool and the spa pools, you can literally lounge near the pools all day long. -If you are in need of a wine break, drinks are tasty. -Mercedes are available to rent for free read more

Do not stay here with a auction certificate they do not honor it. Even though we had bid on a 2 night stay with breakfast - they still charged over $250 per night and did not honor the breakfast. read more

We stayed here a few weeks ago. When I say "we," I mean my husband, our 16 year old daughter, our Pomeranian, and me. Just a couple weeks prior, I was looking around for dog-friendly hotels in Napa and Sonoma Valley. I spent a few days comparing prices (How much is the dog fee? Is there a parking fee? Does it come w/ breakfast?) and location (What's nearby? Is it close to other businesses? Is it a high foot and car traffic area?). Solage was listed in a blog I read on Dog Trekker as one of four luxury resorts in the area who are dog friendly and essentially meets every need you could possibly have. It comes with a cost, but states it's worth every penny. I am here to tell you that I surrendered to my search and made the executive decision to take the plunge. Best decision ever. I booked a couple of services at the spa. Initially I had no intention of it, thinking the getaway in itself would be enough. Again, best decision I made. My husband and I both had massages. I went all in and added an extra 30 minute scalp treatment to mine. As guests of the resort, we have access to the bath house where there are saunas and five mineral pools with different temperatures for your different needs. From the minute we arrived, staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking guys were the first people we encountered... it was HOT outside, yet they were pleasant. :) It was a great first impression. The front desk reception was friendly. This is also where we got to meet Tipsy, Solage's house dog... a rescue dog! Everyone from the groundskeeping crew to the spa folks to the restaurant staff... our family was welcomed. There was a dog bed, dog bowls, and bottled water for our pup. They also offered a third bicycle (each studio comes with two bicycles to ride around the area) when I mentioned our teenage daughter was with us. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. We loved the coffee and tea in the morning and the iced tea in the afternoon, places just outside the reception area. We were offered cold bottled waters upon our check out. Oh, and did I mention everything in the mini bar in your studio is included? Yes! Before I forget, Solage has various offers included with their rooms. Ours was $100 per night that could go toward anything except hotel room charges or resort fees. For example, it could go toward spa services or the onsite restaurant, SolBar. We (pup included!) cannot wait to come back. Also... Solage has shared some of our photos on Instagram! Service was exceptional...respectful, attentive, from check in to food service to housekeeping ..even at departure, the valet offered us bottled water. The food at the pico bar was excellent..chile verde was enough for 3 with a couple of nice touches, tortillas were cooked on premise and the pickled onions added another flavor to the verde. The ceviche was well prepared with quality seafood. Solbar restaurant did not have the same level of service and the food was poorly prepared..very little corned beef in the "deconstructed hash" and same with the avocado toast. We had the couples mud clay thing..very nice and relaxing..the 5 various hot springs were fantastic and the pool service was exceptional. Highly recommend read more

I would give Solage a 3.75. We came here for my daughter's 2nd birthday. The staff knew and we thought they would have planned some sweet surprises. Instead there were many missteps and I had to speak to the manager/front desk staff several times to express my disdain for the way we were being treated. For such a nice resort, I expected more. (My daughter's been treated like a queen at other resorts of the same caliber-not on her birthday) just a mom trying to treat my baby. At the end of the day, the staff made up for their missteps so 4/5 on that because I appreciated the effort on the back end. The resort itself is nice, but there are so many bees. One poor woman was stung. I struggled to eat food outside bc bees would swarm us and my husband would have to swat them all away. So eating or being outside was not as enjoyable. The pools were okay but not that clean. Again, pricey place to not have clean/immaculate areas IMO. The rooms were decent and the staff driving the golf carts were sweet. Overall the say was okkkayyy. Just wished I didn't need to complain for my daughter to receive the birthday treatment she deserved. read more

We reviewed Solbar separately, which was/is amazing. Most recent of many visits over the years to Solage. Whiles it's gotten pricier over the years, it's still our favorite places to stay in wine country. Small, modern and well appointed bungalows scattered throughout beautiful grounds, an amazing main pool and bar (Picobar...better tequila selection than some of the hippest tequila bars in SF). Incredible spa, mineral pools, and treatments. We even had a good experience when there was a slight problem with the room we got in Check-In. Even though mostly booked, the front desk gladly moved us to a room closer to the pool and restaurant area. We'll be back. read more
