We've explored so many hairstyles together from modern day shag, to glam volume @ wispy layers , to a BOB like style, and then eventually a longer pixie. I love how delicate her care is every time. And the added plus: all over her products smell amazing! I am very sensitive when it comes to hair products and smells and in particular she has this taffy styling crème...AMAZING!! Actually I attempted to walk in and was told I was not allowed in and to text the person I have an appointment with to get to go in. Weird. I was masked too. You definitely don't want to get your hair done by CC she did not provide the services I needed and paid $200 for services I did not get! I even showed her a picture of what I needed. She ignored it and did what she wanted . I was out of there in one hour. I scheduled another appointment to hopefully get what I really went for hopefully she could correct her mistake . She canceled 2 days before my appointment. When I rescheduled another appointment the following week she canceled 2 hours before my appointment. My disappointment was beyond belief. She was going to charge me full price again. read more

I went to Sola Salons and visited Stephanie's salon for a balayage. After spending over four hours getting my hair done, my hair was coppery. I paid the $275 + $50 tip and left, hoping that it would get better with a wash at home. However, it did not and I decided to walk in and talk to the salonist the next day. Upon talking to the salonist the next day, she scheduled me into her assistant's schedule to fix the hair, the next day. According to her, her assistant would come in and fix the hair to fix the copper-y/orange hues. I went in, and was in the salon for a couple hours. Upon finishing, her assistant gave me the total, $90. Confused, I asked her why she was charging me, as Stephanie said that her assistant would FIX the hair, meaning that she would fix the problem. This is not my fault and I should not have paid the consequences of this. However, her assistant is at no fault. She was a incredibly talented and kind stylist and was doing her job; after I expressed my concern, she was incredibly apologetic. The 2 stars are for her and her kindness and diligence. It was the salon owner and head salonist's responsibility to work something out with her assistant in regards to her payment, as I was in there again, for her mistake as a continuation to her original work. I would have worked something else out if I knew I would have to pay again; I would not have returned to this salon. However, as a salon owner, transparency is required and was not given in this case. I am very disappointed with the service, considering the great things I have heard about this salon and the salonist's expertise and talent. I am not planning on returning. read more

If you look at her Instagram page you will see tons of Caucasian women with beautiful brows, but not me.. perhaps its because I do not look like those women. I am really disappointed. If you want to get jet black hair don't come here to get it. When I asked to get it fixed she said I would have to be charged full service. Very disappointing. Now mind you I usually don't like paying lots of money for my hair and I usually only get my hair done like once or twice a year, but I really wanted to get blue highlights in my hair and I knew I was going to need a professional. So I got Lisa's name and told her what I wanted. She listened and gave me some suggestions and then we went for it. The color I picked turned out different in my hair than the sample but I think the results were even better than what I was going for. Today she cut about 14 inches of my hair and it looks amazing (I'm conceited). I also saw that they do massages here so I will def be back for that!!!! I come here to get my facials done by Sami the Estie. I started going to her before she moved to this location. I seriously love this location! It's so cute and clean. The decor is beach-y and relaxing. I also love that there are so many services being offered from boutiques to beauty salons. I drive from Clovis so it is pretty far for me but I still enjoy going. I would never go to a Sola Salon again. I get each room is like a little shop but there are no regulations for anything. Last time I went I paid $500 just for a dye job. That was after being told I would be a hair model and only had to pay the labor. The stylist went to lunch and was on her phone and charged me every minute.
