It took about 20 minutes for our server to greet us, we had to constantly ask workers there who our server was. After finally realizing who it was, he didn't even tell us his name, just "What you want to drink?" How personable is that? Then after we ordered, some of our food items came out cold. I wish I read the warning of this place being a tourist trap. We came here for dinner one night and the staff was friendly and the music playing was always good. I just wish the food was as good but unfortunately it was a disappointment. We ordered the Miami Sampler and the "chicken skewers" were sliced Tyson Chicken Tenders on a stick. Taquitos were out of a box. The empanadas were questionable and crab ragoons were over cooked. Basically the whole sampler can be found in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store. We were waiting for an hour and 40 mins for our food. We just left. Others waiting over 2 hours. Stay away!

We came during Friday happy hour and a group of 7 of us were seated. I think it took about 20 mins and us having to go ask the bartenders where we order since no one came to ask us anything. When they finally came we ordered one round of drinks and apps which took forever to come out and every subsequent item was taking atleast 20+ mins to show up. At no point were even offered water. On to the food, we started we guac and chips, guac was very evidently mixed with sour cream and you could see the white portion that was blended and the chips were stale everyone got sick from the guac and we even asked if there was any dairy (lactose intolerance in the group) in it and they denied it. And 20% tip?? For what exactly I'm not sure but its the worst policy. read more

Came by here on a recent pass through Miami and was vastly disappointed in the staff. The main reason for the two stars is the ambiance is really chill, and they have bottomless mimosas (although we didn't get any while we visited). Our food took almost 25 minutes to come out, before it took 15 to get a server to visit our table, and then our salad came without dressing which took another 20 minutes to get our server to even notice us to get the dressing. I want to say this may have been due to staffing issues, but still worth pointing out. Proceed with caution. read more

One of my favorite places in Miami for food or just drinks at the bar (my favorite is the FUEGO :p) Plus, they also have hookah and it is an open air so it is just AMAZING! The restaurant is around a nice pool with a very cool Duck Very cool outdoor ambiance during the week and cool party dinners starting from thursday/Friday. They also have theme and special parties for some events. The staff and servers are super friendly and help you pick the right food. I went a couple of times and I actually ordered from the appetisers, main courses and desert and it was very tasty. They actually have a cool menu for all tastes!
