Omg i feel like i don't know how to Put into words don't walk run to This restaurant. The place hands down made no sense on how perfect the location or the service was. I was at the bar and the bartender made my solo trip a great experience. I love my food the hookah was bussin (that mean great) and the drinks made it so easy to Continue smiling well worth the money. The service was so good i wrote A note for The bartender i appreciate him please go it won't let you down read more

We came by because the wait for the restaurant across the street was over an hour and Sola had no wait but I should've known better because it's Miami and most places in this area have decent crowds. Walking up and being seated was pleasant and the menu seemed promising that is until it was time to order and everything I had as a plan A thru C was not available which was a bummer and I was ready to leave at that point but my sisters had already ordered and we're hungry so I settled for steak eggs and potatoes with the bottomless mimosas. Let's start with the good. The mimosas once I asked for a different juice were awesome the orange juice had way too much pulp for my liking but the Champa was really good on its own. Our waitress brought me some strawberry, mango, and one other juice to try and I really loved the strawberry with the champagne. Now these breakfast potatoes are bomb! Without the salsa they put on top bc before I had to send my order back for being wrong my potatoes didn't have a topping and I ate them while waiting on our server to come back to the table and I would've been content with a big bowl of potatoes lol. Now the underwhelming part. My steak I asked for it to be cooked medium but received it well done and it tasted like I was eating a burger not a steak. Upon receiving the newly cooked steak it came back the same over cooked but after looking at the steak and the cut of it I think because of how thin it was there was no way to get a medium cooked steak without it being rare. I'd come back for the mimosas and a side of breakfast potatoes lol but other than that I wouldn't recommend unless there's nowhere else to go. Hookahs are way over prices as well we were told$75 for a single which to me was shocking but maybe that's the norm down here. read more

The food was mediocre at best. The fried chicken on the sampler plate was over breaded, maybe it was to hide the dryness of the chicken. It was like suffering through a bad date! The Ceasar Chicken ($21) salad was ok, and I say that because the Chicken was cut nicely. It is telling a friend they look good in a dress, and it's only because it was better than the rest of them! I'd return for the entertainment, that's best they have. read more

Despite me telling our waiter twice that I had severe allergies, my order came out completely wrong with multiple things I stated I was allergic to. I ordered a mushroom and onion omelet and instead I got a pepper, tomato, onion and sausage omelet. Food was cold and the eggs benedict was over cooked. Which I shouldn't be too surprised about since he had a headphone in his ear and completely ignored me to answer whatever was being radioed to him. Not sure how he can hear me with that in his ear and the industrial fans blowing making it hard enough to hear the girl next to me. Performers were nice but did not perform nearly as much as we thought and we couldn't really interact with them since the squeezed us on top of a tree and I couldn't get out of my seat without making the table behind me move as well. read more

This place is usually packed but on a weekday it was not. The server here was amazing. And the strawberry mojito were so good!!! Now the food was a different story I had a burger it was terrible. I ordered it because I had read the reviews and ppl said it was the best plate here. I disagree it was horrible. The burger was definitely a frozen patty they tried to dress up and at 22 dollars it's safe to say save your money. This place is a hookah bar. And they tourist trap you into buying a picture. Some girl comes around taking pictures to them come back with them framed insisting you buy it for twenty dollars. Never does she mention or say anything about a price in the beginning or even that it's to be sold. read more

Visited Sola back in September and had the worst experience. We booked reservations in advance and planned to go there the first night in Miami. When we arrived it was lightly raining, no host at the front, restaurant was empty but the bar area was full. A gentleman saw us walk in but we were not greeted. We informed him that we had reservations and he said they were not serving due to the rain. He asked if we wanted to sit at the bar but then made a rude remark saying there was nowhere to sit. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Eventually, they sat us near the front under the terrace. The waitress was also rude while taking our order. Many of the staff stood around chatting and on their phones. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Most restaurants in Miami Beach include service charge and still expect tips after being rude? No thank you. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had the chance to stop by Sola in Miami Beach, and was instantly blown away by the ambiance! They seated me next to the water outside and the service was good also. I couldn't decide what to pick on the menu cause they have so many food options. But I ended up going with the Miami Sampler and a Strawberry Mojito alongside a water. I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 star. But it doesn't let me do any less, Food service was HORRIBLE, they got my order wrong three times, there was hair in my WATER. I ordered the "Bacon & Eggs" meal. The eggs weren't cooked, they were scrambled and wet. When I mentioned they forgot my toast they gave me just bread with no butter or jam. This place is so cute!! I absolutely fell in love with the fountain in the middle and the vibes were unbeatable. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive to our concerns. Came here for the vibes and was extremely disappointed. The food is disgusting. We ordered a sampler as we weren't too hungry and they were all frozen food items. Tasted like high school cafeteria food. The drinks are also weak af despite you ordering an extra shot. You'll be paying for just juice. This hotel is located in the middle of everything. I have stayed in a lot of hotel on the South beach strip and this is one of my favs. The hotel was very clean. I love how there was always a vibe going on. I love the rooftop. Please note the door to your room is glass so you have have to always to remember to close the curtain. read more

I had such an amazing visit to Sola. The food was great. But I had even better experience thanks to Aden and Lavtaro. Ask for these guys when you come you won't regret it ! They are definitely the best ! I had such a great experience yesterday, so I decided to try Sola again. Today I tried the double cheese nachos. The plate was huge and very delicious. the food was decent. Could use more seasoning. It was extremely hot outside. They do have several umbrellas but barely any fans. The service was decent as well. Water was not refilled unless asked. The water also did not come with any ice. Performance they had was very entertaining but overall 4/10. read more

Food was okay, the eggs were a big undercooked and the steak was okay. Food took 40 minutes to arrive but during that time there was a lot of entertainment with dancers coming out and dancing around us. It was very interactive and we hula hooped and limboed with the dancers. Highly recommend going for a birthday since they give a really generous birthday dessert with sparkling candles and sing to you. Personally I had a great time. read more

Came here on Saturday night with some friends. Had reservations at 7:30 and get seated right away. Drinks are really good. We got the passion fruit mojito and other ppl got modelos. Mojitos are the way to go! We ordered sushi, the NY steak and steak sandwiches. We were all satisfied with our food and it was delicious! They also have performances starting at 9pm for about 15 mins and they come back on every hour. The performances are dancers which we really enjoyed because they hyped up the crowd. After eating we got a hookah and enjoyed the rest of the night there! The vibes were fun and energetic. Only con is that we had to ask 3 times to get a refill on water. Not sure what was going on there. I would recommend to anyone visiting Miami to come here for dinner. read more

When you first walk up to the restaurant it looks beautiful. Very nice outdoor space that looks like a real vibe with appropriate music playing through the speakers. I ordered the chicken and waffles which left me extremely disappointed. The chicken was the store bought frozen chicken strips, sandwiches between some very dry waffles. Can't believe I spent my money on that. Nevertheless, their staff and service was good. They were friendly and very attentive. But there's no way I would return for food again. read more

I came here for brunch after landing. The place looks beautiful with plenty of seating. There were fans located by each table and a water structure that has a duck floatie. My bf and I ordered a watermelon margarita and a pineapple mojito. The drinks were very sweet and not enjoyable. The egg Benedict was mediocre. For the chicken salad they forgot the chicken, however when we notified the server they were apologetic and brought the chicken a few minutes later. My bf wasn't too crazy about the salad either. I would've gave the place at least 3 stars but after we paid our tab the server was very pushy about writing a google review. He insisted that I open my phone right then and there and put 5 stars himself. He stated that if he doesn't get a good review that his boss will fire him?! The drinks are not bottomless for the table like they advertise - It's one jug for ONE person. The food is expensive and is the equivalent of an apple bees. No dancers like they advertised. And they offer a free shot if you leave a 5 star review BECAUSE by the end of the experience when you realize you've been finessed you're angry so they try and smooth it over with that. read more

I came with.a few friends for some cocktails and I really enjoyed my espresso martini. They have a happy hour as well with a menu that changes constantly, I thought that was pretty cool. Pretty cool to know that they have been rated as one of the 50 best bars in the WORLD. That's a pretty big achievement to accomplish. Parking can be tricky, you may find street parking. Our entire meal consisted of listening to them in the phone and talking so loud to each other and their server we could hear every word! This rude and annoying behavior overshadowed the meal and left us very frustrated and annoyed. If you are going to require certain attire (although several guest came in while we were there who had on shorts and flip flops) and charge very high prices, you should have a cell phone policy in place and redirect guest to step outside or leave if they feel the need to FT their family for 20-30 min. We spent well over $200 on a meal for two and it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The enjoyed the food we ordered except for the French onion soup which I sent back. The Burrata Caprese was fresh but could have used a few more tomatoes and my husband really enjoyed his steak. I chose not to order anything once my soup was returned because we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Over all the service was good and most of the food was too. Unfortunately, there are those who'd have no regard for their environment and those around them which makes others experience negative! The manager and severs were aware of what they were doing too as they walked by a few times and looked at them. But failed to intervene and for that they get two stars.

Coffee is $7 a cup -- at a brunch of this price point, charging for coffee feels a little cheeky. Then there was the pacing. Well before our two hours were up, our (otherwise lovely) server began the gentle wrap-up and produced the bill -- which is a curious energy for a "linger and enjoy" brunch. And we were charged an extra 2% as a "large party" of seven... at a buffet. Where we served ourselves. I'm still working out the math on that one. If you want a beautiful setting, live music, better drinks, attentive service, and zero queues, the Setai brunch wins -- every single time. Mila, save it for the nightlife.
