Listens very well to your concerns and is so compassionate as she prescribes you exercises, always making sure they are effective and not at all painful. Jason is so patient and informative walking you through all the exercises and patiently loading them on the phone app for reference. Front office friendly and vey helpful! They are able to progress your healing in such a positive way!! THANK YOU TO ALL !!

I've been treated for injuries and conditions several separate times over the past 10 or so years…read moreat Core PT. Each episode of care has been great. Great results. Great PTs. Great PT aids. Great front office staff. Parking is ample and access is easy. They treat you and they teach you how to treat yourself in the long run so you can have a great health span in life. Their app is very user friendly. John Kwon runs a clean, professional PT operation. One of his strengths (or he is just lucky) is hiring staff that just seem to fit in to the family feel of Core PT. Each PT adds something different in their approach. Patients can stay with the same PT or go at it like a smorgasbord and try different PTs through the course of their treatment. I hope I never have to return but, if I do, I know I will look forward to their service.

This is my third time coming over the last five years. My first experience was horrible. No help no…read morerelief. My second experience was good. There was a female therapist and Ken and they were both very attentive and I did feel better after a surgery, she worked on me every time. The third visit, horrible once Ken left due to medical reasons I was completely ignored. I kept telling the therapist 50- 60Ish man messy blonde hair I had to beg him to work on my ankle. He kept telling me it's not swollen. It's fine. Keep working through it. Well I went to another therapist and then orthopedic and I have a tear in the tendon. I now have to have surgery probably wouldn't have had to have if he hadn't pushed me he doesn't know what he's doing. If he likes you great apparently he didn't like me. Mostly he's on the phone with personal business his son's football moving his mom. Literally walks in the door on the phone personal business gets on the computer still personal business. I don't care or wanna hear about your son's issues at school or football. I don't wanna hear all your personal stuff on the phone. He was so rude to me and indifferent. I finally stopped because it was a waste of my insurance money. I went to another therapist and I don't push if it hurts. The other guy was like oh no it's just scar tissue your ankle is fine ! When I saw an actual doctor orthopedic surgeon, my ankles are very weak and now I have to have a big surgery I've been angry since I left the assistants are very nice not knowledgeable the old man with a scraggly blonde hair the worst I've never been treated with such indifference

Housed in the step down first floor of a very dirty building ,this is an unimpressive facility…read more Some therapists are good, some stand around talking about their weekend and personal business. Not impressed with the professionalism or the dingy/dirty site.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: As a retired doctor, I hold healthcare…read moreprofessionals to a high standard of respect and communication--unfortunately, Newport Beach Physical Therapy did not meet even the most basic expectations. I recently underwent a complex shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement at the world-renowned Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado, a facility recognized for its excellence in orthopedic surgery. As part of my recovery, my surgical team provided a list of recommended physical therapy providers in Orange County, and Newport Beach Physical Therapy was among them. After an unpleasant experience at another therapy facility, I called this office and thoroughly explained my situation to the receptionist, asking to speak with David Bradley, the owner, to see if I could transfer my all my rehabilitation to his care without missing too many therapy days during the transition. The receptionist informed me that he was with patients but would return my call after 4 PM. Eager to ensure this was the right place for me, I even took an Uber to the facility since I am unable to drive post-surgery. I was allowed to tour the facility--which seemed clean and well-equipped--but despite seeing David Bradley in person, he refused to speak with me at that time even for 2 minutes. I was again told he would call me after 4 PM. That call never came. Not on Friday, not over the weekend, not even on Monday. This was not an oversight; this was a blatant disregard for professional courtesy and patient care. If a facility cannot even return a simple phone call to a potential patient recovering from major surgery, how can they be trusted with actual treatment? As a retired physician, I find this complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy unacceptable, Due to this unprofessional behavior, I immediately notified my medical team at The Steadman Clinic, informing them of my experience. They have since removed Newport Beach Physical Therapy from their recommended list--permanently. A patient seeking care deserves to be treated with respect, not ignored. If you value responsiveness and professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
