She was so patient with me and explained everything step by step, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and that my eyes weren't burning or bothering me. She is seriously so kind, generous, and full of grace -- and she has the most amazing appreciation for teachers, which meant so much to me. Also, people... she is a JACK OF ALL TRADES. She is so talented at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people sitting in her chair. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and generosity. I paid **$58 for a pedicure**, and my feet were still dry and rough afterward. The shape of my big toenail wasn't what I asked for, and the pedicure felt rushed and incomplete. A professional pedicure should leave your feet feeling refreshed--not looking like you barely had one. I was also concerned about the salon's cleanliness. The first pedicure chair I was assigned was dirty. When I mentioned it, I was simply moved to another chair instead of the original one being cleaned. I also noticed what appeared to be bugs near the pedicure station by the window. For a salon that presents itself as upscale, that was disappointing. Customer service was another letdown.
