My timing couldn't have been because Pinky was able to service me right away. I planned for mostly facial services and decided to add on the tinting since it was $5 off and my experience for the other two services was phenomenal. The salon is open until 8p each day expect Sunday. While I didn't purchase any this visit, I was pleased to see that maintenance products were neatly displayed and offered for purchase. Sadly, i am making this review so what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else. I had my brows done first session in August and second in October. I was unhappy with my results, Lucy assured me to wait the 8 weeks. I did and was still unhappy. I told Lucy they were not ombré, it had been shaded to dark in the front and that they were crooked as well as looked like prison brows. Lucy said it was my skin pigmentation and to schedule a third session and pay another $150. That didn't sit right with me. I paid and consulted two other certified brow artists. Unfortunately they confirmed my concerns. One artist said "you will need a correction, As far as getting the fronts lighter, you can't. She went over them during your touch up. Unless you get them lightened up either by laser or a solution removal". "The only thing she can correct is the shape". (Uneven and crooked and not ombré) Second artist said "they're are not ombré, her pressure is too light. You could tell your artist to go over them again and not touch the front in hopes of saturating the brow more and getting the front to look lighter." I reached out to Lucy so she could correct her mistakes and I wouldn't have to go and pay another $600 to get the brows corrected elsewhere. Lucy said "You're more than welcome to get them redone by someone else". Unfortunately now i have this botched job and Lucy did not try to fix her mistake. Keep that in mind when booking.

But not today! Felicia did a good job on my lashes too. They were light and natural looking. But the glue she uses is black and sticky and does not really work for me. If a lash is hanging or stuck, a slight pull of the one, knocks off an entire section. It has happened to me one time to many.
