He worked quickly, efficiently, and was communicative. The only point of feedback I'd have is to ensure that you know what you want done, as he will do exactly what he explains and what you discuss with him. If you are like me and far from an expert (or even knowledgeable) about your yard/sprinklers, ask him and he will very patiently diagnose and explain. Otherwise, if you simply point to *specific* issues, he will expertly take care of them to the exclusion of any more digging (no pun intended.) As an example, there was some collection of water around the base of a repaired sprinkler - he had done exactly what we discussed: replaced the sprinkler itself, but he had not worked on anything around it. Not his fault, and when I asked about it, he explained what the other issue(s) might be. Less scrupulous people probably would've taken the opportunity to upsell me. Even after the work was done, and his payment was in hand, I still found him in my front yard, ensuring that his work was done right and polished. How many people would've done that, instead of just driving off after being paid? I'll definitely be calling Brandon the next time I have any sprinkler issues.

Viviana communicated all the way through and emailed an invoice after the with was done. A I've year warranty is given for the work. I have a Flume water meter which detected running water 0.07gpm. While he was working, he discovered a broken sprinkler line underneath the pavement in the patio. Art fixed it by moving the affected sprinklers to a different zone.
