This was the worst experience. I've shopped here many times before with no problems. Yes, the mall…read moreis closing at the end of the month and yes vendors are a little sad or tense, but this was crazy. The rudest person accusing me of breaking something when I did not even touch the items she said I did. Wow! Such a nasty attitude. No wonder no one else was in their store shopping when I came by.... The sad part is that I drove a distance to get there. And had planned on really stocking up on a few of their things. Planned on spending quite a few dollars there. Instead,I left immediately. Their loss!

I went in to smell Creed and was met with probably one of the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with and was told "we don't spray testers" okay, I get it Creed is expensive but the way he mentioned it made it sound like you can't smell anything. After a brief discussion and clarification, according to him you can "smell" Creed but they won't spray it. I was already so turned off shopping there after dealing with his horrible attitude I didn't care to smell it and will go to a reputable store to smell it and spend my hard earned money at a business that respects and appreciates it's customers. I don't get frustrated often and don't expect much from sales people but this was worse than I expected and I had to share that with the sales rep.

Honestly, might be the worst drugstore I've ever been to…read more My wife has a very specific medication she needs for just day-to-day functioning. It is a very expensive medication. And they never seem to get billing the insurance company and the factory manufacturer coupon correctly. It's a fight every time we go in. And we always get the big fat nasty lady who wants to fight with you every time Then because we have an address in New York and we live in Florida, they don't want to refill it because of the address in New York And refused to do so Miriam was absolutely obnoxious and rude to us. I should've filed a complaint with the Florida board of pharmacists for the way we were treated. . Finally getting a manager to address it after they still want to argue with you about it she agreed to to fill the prescription. I was going through this battle. My wife had reached out to her doctor, who then called the prescription into CVS. We got a call in 10 minutes They said it'll be ready in a half an hour And all of the billing to the insurance company and manufacturer a coupon were done correctly As we sat in there and watched other people go through the same fight They don't return phone calls to people they don't follow up We sat there waiting for the pharmacy to open at 9 AM all of them sit around chitchatting to each other for 15 minutes before they unlock the gate at 9:15 So there's seriously something wrong with corporate Walgreens because we've gone to other ones understaffed the staff doesn't have any knowledge The wait times excessive the line is long I'm glad to go back to CVS

Like the entire staff there she is the rudest, the most disrespectful, and the most obnoxious of them all. I only wish I could give them a negative 10 stars, but what I wish more, is that they fire that old grey-haired lady and replace her and most of the staff with professional, emphatic, and caring people.

Great use of the limited space available. I'm not a DnD player, but they have some very impressive rooms with a very high tech looking setup that I imagine is an awesome addition to the gameplay experience. Lots of products and supplies available with friendly staff. The regulars are all friendly and seems easy to find a game of commander most days. Parking can be nightmarish, but no points deducted.

Grand Opening Night! I'm gonna be honest and say this 3…read morestar review is based on what's currently happening but the potential for a 5 star exists! First, finding parking at Pick-A-Ball is never fun, but Friday night while this shindig is going on was bad. Ended up parking in back in the grass. Once I got in and saw how crowded it was, totally made sense. So Skillshotz will be downstairs but the Grand Opening event was upstairs, so up we go... Food! Hungry Howie's is catering the event and your $5 entry gets you all you want. Pizza, pasta, wings, salad, and desserts. Sign me up! It's not a very complete bar but they do have beer, wine, and liquor, comparable to prices anywhere else. Okay, so far I'm on board. Skillshotz has their own advert table set up here, follow on social media and you can spin the wheel of fun. Thank God I won a T shirt instead of losing a shoe... ? There are a couple of other vendors on hand hawking anime pins and stickers, one table selling custom dice, and one with hard plastic molded jewelry shaped like ouija boards and bird skulls. Seems a bit more geared towards kids than the RPG venue they are trying for, definitely not set for the gamers they want to pull in, but we'll see what happens as the night progresses. So tonight's main hall event is a set of 9 different D&D games going on in the big room upstairs. There were a few other empty tables as well. LOUD is the first and overwhelming impression of this space which is intended to be a pickle ball court one day. Bare concrete walls, floors, and a high metal ceiling may look cool in a NY loft or on a pickle ball court, but do not lend themselves to a shared gaming space with music playing in the background. This is a one off for tonight though so we will cut them some slack. Looks like everyone is doing Adventurers League, (Epic!) which bills itself as a way of introducing everyone to the game, yet 2 complete revolutions around the room with a pause at each table failed to elicit even a greeting, much less an invitation to sit, but the games were already underway, and that's not really why we are here, so on with the tour. Private rooms downstairs are being planned (high on potential but not quite there yet). Rooms will be rentable at $20 per session but... a $30 monthly membership will allow you access to a DM and a private room to play in. 2 five hour sessions per month with your membership. You also get discounts in food, and priority for rooms. Each room will be themed, and decorated to match. Fairy, Cthulu, Vampire, The Armory, etc., and have 8x4 LED virtual game tables (with covers should you choose to play something else) to play on, stream compatible, smoke machines, midi decks and sound systems including voice modulators. I was also informed that within 6 months they plan on converting the 3 basketball courts to one giant LCD floor and will do LARP events with a dungeon floor created for the game! Looks like big things to come. I'll be back!

Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! Skip this store!…read more Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of "evaporative," repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational. What made this worse: * No greeting when I entered the store * No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself * Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake * Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times. I left without the part. If you're going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone's competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What's even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don't think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can't find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store.
