Bell's Beach Store has everything you need to enjoy a fun filled day at the beach which is located across the street. You can find Bell's in the Lakeside Shoppes on S. Ocean Blvd. On the day I visited they had several racks out front with sidewalk sale clothing. Inside I was greeted by the friendly young lady working. I was impressed by the array of items that any beach enthusiast would appreciate. They sell a great selection of bathing suits and cover ups, beach style clothing, accessories, bags, toys, home decor, hats, sunglasses, foot wear, beach chairs, sea shells, Christmas ornaments, collectibles, and Pompano Beach and Florida themed souvenirs. I had fun exploring all they had to offer and prices seemed very reasonable too, especially for being located so close to the beach. If you are lucky enough to be on vacation or are a local on a staycation, I recommend checking them out. read more

Stopped in this amazing little gift shop and met the most pleasant lady, Sandy, on July 4 2025. All the other big time places were closed, so I was grateful that they were open on the holiday. Let me tell you, they have a lot crammed into a small shop, and i just love that there are things that I haven't seen elsewhere. I spent an half hour just trying to pick out bracelets for my coworkers from all the different ones available. We were searching for some touristy items as part of a Florida themed Christmas gift. This was one of our first stops in our search. They had one of the the items we wanted so that was certainly a plus. And the gal behind the counter was helpful and friendly. This is a small store -- seemingly privately owned unlike a few further south in Lauderdale By the Sea. But it is jam packed with souvenir items of every sort. Prices are also pretty good by comparison considering that they cater to the tourist trade. I'm always surprised at what people will want to buy and lug home in their suitcases. In any case, I like supporting the small business persons in our community. If you're looking for something that says Florida and don't want to be overwhelmed by a huge store, this is the place to come. read more

In addition, she is NOT honoring the state tax free till 8/11 on clothing being sold in their store. Shameful! the lady was very rude and followed us around the store asking "if we had enough money". we later came with our parents and saw the bathing suits we were looking at were moved behind the counter. the owner said they were robbed two days before. the work then said she does not see color ( talking about color of skin). it was just a bad experience and i would not recommend. read more

We had the pleasure of visiting this shop while vacationing in Pompano last week. We come in every year when we're in town and always find unique items. Great t-shirts as well as high quality costume jewelry. My wife buys several shore themed necklaces every year and gets so many comments about how nice they are. The true star of this shop is Mark, who always seems to be working when we go in. He is so friendly and knowledgeable we thought he was the owner until this trip. I hope the owner realizes what an amazing employee he has and the way Mark treats this store like its his own. We live in a shore town and this store is nothing like the shops on our boardwalk. Across the street from my nasty hotel was this sweet little store. What a pleasure it is! All the souvenirs, t-shirts, micro-shorts, snow globes and other kitschy items you'll ever need ... at good prices. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were buying 5 shirts and hats for grandkids and the clerk was helping us pick them out. Unfortunately her shift was over and a man came on duty. He walked ok to us and told us we messed up the shirts and he would have to refold them all. Believe me, we folded the shirts after looking at them. I am from South Carolina and enjoy exploring souvenir stores when I visit a beach (yes, I have visited them in Myrtle Beach many times!). Bell's is not the biggest store I've ever been in, but they have a great variety of merchandise -- from t-shirts to nicer clothing and knick-knacks and novelties to nicer beach memorabilia. I got a great Pompano Beach t-shirt and my wife got a bracelet. We were helped by a delightful lady named Barb who not only assisted us with our purchases, but gave us a little local history and knowledge as well. We will definitely visit Bell's Beach Store (and Barb) again the next time we're Pompano Beach. read more

Obviously Patty was no the sales person that was in the store Wednesday evening when my family and I stopped in to shop. There were 10 in our group in all and at least 7 wanted t-shirts (we were not purchasing off the sales rack) and my sister was looking at an outfit for her granddaughter. The sales woman did point out to us that each shelf held a different size. My brother in-law placed a shirt back on the wrong shelf and she raised her voice (just short of a yell) and that was the straw that broke the camel's back because she had previously snatched 2 t-shirts from his hand because he was not folding them right. There were multiple ways she could have approached his "mistake", i.e. "Please let me help you fold that back up" and she could have just moved the misplaced t-shirt after he moved on. Because of the way he was treated we all put our potential purchases down and walked out of the store. I'm sure that a total of $100 in purchases is not going to make Bell's season but the poor reputation that her staff has brought to the store will have an impact. read more
