I was also indecisive about which salon to choose. After reading many reviews, I went with Mesmerizing Lashes because of their great feedback and the impressive photos I saw online. Back in 2017, I kept up with my extensions for several months and loved how they looked! However, it became difficult to keep up with refills, and I found it stressful when my lashes would start to fall out, and my lashes had gaps and looked sparse. Fast-forward to 2024--I decided to get extensions again for a trip to Europe, and wow, I realized how much I missed them! They're honestly easier than mascara and saved me time getting ready in the morning. I love how they make me look more awake and put together. If I could have these lashes permanently, I'd probably spend a small fortune! This time, I'm planning to stay consistent with my fills and see how long I can keep them up. I've been going to Mia here for the past two months, and she does an amazing job with my classic lashes! The price is reasonable, and there's always parking, although the lot can feel a bit sketchy sometimes. Just park close to the entrance, and you'll be fine.

I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. But I am not sure I M going to go back again.. as it's very uncomfortable there.. they keep talking over your head the whole time while you are trying to relax on that uncomfortable bed.

7/28/26 Touch up day…read more As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here.
